Overview
This large and well-equipped apartment complex is situated in the resort of Puerto Rico, in the south of Gran Canaria – ideal for a fun-filled holiday in the sun. Terrazamar Sun Suite is built on a valley side and has terraces on various levels offering great views of the valley and the Atlantic Ocean. You can also choose to relax and sunbathe on the large private terrace of your own apartment. Take a dip in the large on-site swimming pool or lie back in comfort on the sun loungers. You can also get active by playing a game of tennis on the complex’s courts. Use the Terrazamar as a base to visit the famous beaches of Puerto Rico, just over a kilometre from the complex.

“Clean peaceful hotel”
The location was excellent, so near the Commercial centre and was so peaceful. The apartment was spacious and very clean, the beds were very comfortable and lots of wardrobe space. The fact that the safe and aircon was f.o.c was an added bonus also there was no deposit to be paid on arrival. The balcony was a great size and got the sun all day. We were in the Terrazamar on the 4th floor and for the 14 days we never once had a problem with the lifts nor did we see any cockroche there. The pool area was spotless and the water in the pool was all the same depth so very safe for children All the staff we met were lovely from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies

I’ve always loved the terrazamar but we were allocated a room on the ground floor. We had a jacuzzi on the terrace as well as the expected sunbeds, table and chairs. We knew to expect a complimentary bottle of water but were also given champagne, bottles of Fanta, cans of beer and some nuts. We also had the pleasure of pool towels, robes and slippers. Very unexpected but made our stay even more special for my husband’s birthday.apartment’s are ideally situated and accommodated all our needs

“better than expected. great location, AC in rooms and elevator down to the street level.”
Very friendly receptionist. rooms were very spacious and a large balcony. Location was excellent and I was surprised that we had AC in the rooms. elevator down to the main street was a welcome bonus too and free on street parking. the only negative was that the beds were not that comfortable and they were 2 singles pushed together. same for the sofa bed - its a slide out bed under the couch - it is raised to the height of the couch and then pushed together - essentially another 2 single beds. this is a pretty common setup in most hotels now and true double beds are hard to come by. i would stay again though.
