Serenity Amadores is the most fabulous destination that we could have chosen for our week in Gran Canaria. The location, staff, apartments, and views are simply wonderful.

Everything was excellent. The property was clean, well maintained, and in a great location with an amazing view. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. I also really appreciated that the room was cleaned and refreshed almost every day, except Thursdays and Sundays, which was completely understandable. Facilities were great and everything exceeded expectations.

Our stay at Serenity Amadores was absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Special thanks to Ana and Alejandro at the reception – they were extremely friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself is spotless, very quiet, and perfectly relaxing. You can even smell the beautiful fragrance starting from the parking area and throughout the entire hotel, which gives a luxurious feeling from the first moment. The rooms are modern, spacious, and very well equipped with everything you might need. The views are simply breathtaking, and the seating areas are perfect for relaxing and enjoying the atmosphere. Housekeeping staff were also very kind and did an excellent job keeping everything clean and comfortable. This hotel is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality, and memorable holiday. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back again for another amazing vacation. Highly recommended!

“Superb stay with breathtaking views!”

Serenity Amadores was absolutely amazing! The views were everything – truly breathtaking and made my stay feel extra special, especially as it was my birthday. The staff were incredible; so polite, friendly, helpful and genuinely kind. They even surprised me with a bottle of red wine and a birthday greeting, which was such a thoughtful touch. The room was well-equipped, clean and tidy, and the balcony was just lovely to relax on. Everything about the stay was great. A big bonus was the on-site supermarket staying open until 10pm, much later than others nearby. I would definitely recommend!

They cancelled our stay at the last minute and we wasted a day of our holiday finding alternative accommodation. Booking.com we're brilliant helping us with some extra budget, but we still wasted one day of our trip and it was upsetting and stressful, and we had no apology from the accommodation. Bit rubbish

“Top quiet location.”

Highly recommended. The building is on a "cliff", in a very very quiet area, so it is very relaxing. The views from the top are literally "TOP". Since it is so quiet and comfortable, I would say one could stay in the hotel premises for the whole duration of the vacation as everything one might need is there.

Perfect view over the ocean. Pool area was clean, well maintained and perfect for our needs. The room was bigger than expected and in perfect state. Great with the opportunity to do some shopping at the hotel store.

Everything suited us perfectly. It was close to the beach & restaurants (with a car) but had a remote feeling. Loved the tranquillity. Staff all just lovely Little shop is helpful for emergency provisions. Parking is easy.

It was a lovely stay the team were very good and would recommend to anyone. Location - You do need to use taxis but not that expensive. If you want peace and quiet this is the place to come!

“Lovely relaxing holiday”

My partner and I visited Serenity in September 2025 and throughly enjoyed it. All of the staff members were great, especially Anastasia who went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Serenity is located on the top of the hill above the Amadores beach, which means the view is absolutely stunning, but the walk up to the hotel is rather steep. Definitely walkable, but much easier if you've got a car. We didn't have one, but found using taxi to get to the hotel was easy and affordable and using public transport to visit neighbouring towns and beaches was pretty easy and cheap too. Facillites were as described and our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There is not much to do around the hotel, within walkable distance, other than Amadores beach, so it's ideal if you want a nice relaxing holiday. The pool and the surrounding area is ideal to relax if you don't fancy going to the beach. Overall, we had a lovely stay at Amadores and would highly recommend it as it's great value for price! :)
