I stayed 18 days. All in all, it was very peaceful...clean... Kitchen stocked... microwave..stove top...fridge freezer... Bathroom, fine. Bedroom OK with comfortable bed... Pool area was cleaned every day. Not 5 star but for me it was good. Balcony approximately 9m × 5m.. from 12 until sundown. Not far from shops and restaurants.. taxi outside the door. Great view. Value for money. Joanne was very good. I had one issue, but she solved it quickly.

The apartment is a one bedroom with a kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and seating area...outside is a nice balcony in a complex of maby 100 apartments. Clean and comfortable for a couple. Looking down to the pool as in the photos. Good fridge freezer with plenty of room. Private balcony with good quality sunbeds and sun from midday onwards. The pool area was never busy during my stay. Time of year maby. Pool and area was cleaned every day. Supermarket about 300m where there's a complex of shops...restaurants and bars. I met with the friendly Joanne, the housekeeper, and she showed me around and made it easier. Thank you. The area in PortoRicoo is high but a taxi from the bus is about €6...same to porto rico. same to the beach's...and back, but if you feel like a hike uphill...walk...but not for the infirm. All was fine 🙂.

“Nice view and comfortable but difficult to find and issues with WiFi and owner contact.”

On the day we arrived, the apartments were very difficult to find with the address and instructions given. The name of the apartments was incorrect on Booking.com. It took us several hours to find it, it would be really helpful if the name of the actual apartments, Balcon De Amadores was provided in the instructions. We arrived to be pleasantly surprised by the apartment itself, which has a beautiful balcony with a great view of the ocean, and overlooks the pool. The apartment was also well-equipped with cooking utensils and a large fridge-freezer. Unfortunately, the wifi was not working at all and there was no internet connection in the apartment. It was difficult to contact the owner directly to discuss this. When you call the number on Booking.com it sends you to Joanna, who cleans and cares for the apartments. The owner had left the island and told us he would be unable to help until he returned, which was the same day we were due to check out. Joanna was very helpful in contacting the network provider and came to the apartment several times to try to help out. We had to use our mobile data to be able to contact home or access the internet, costing us a lot of money. After 4 days, Joanna went out to buy a new SIM card for the router and this resolved the issue with the WiFi, meaning we had internet for the final 2 days of our trip, although it stopped working again on the day we left. Trying to sort out the WiFi and attempting to contact the owner caused us a lot of stress and meant we could not relax and enjoy the positive features of the apartment. The shower had issues with the temperature of the water (going from hot to cold) and also leaks water out onto the bathroom floor. Again, this should have been mentioned on the website because apparently they have known about this issue for a while. Overall, a nice apartment with a nice view was ruined by trying to sort out the wifi and having no internet connection for most of our trip.

Everything was perfect. On the day of our arrival we got clear directions where to get the key and how to access the room. Check in was contactless which was great in our situation because our flight was delayed and we arrived a lot later than it was planned. The apartment itself was great would definitely be enough for three adults or even two couples. Kitchen was more then enough equipped there was blender, toaster, kettle, brand new fridge/freezer and microwave and a lot of glasses and plates, forks, knifes, pots, pans and really everything what was needed to prepare and have a nice meal on the big balcony with amazing view over the amadores beach (sunsets were absolutely breathtaking). Bed was comfortable with huge lightweight blanket. A big plus for smart TV in the living room. Walk distance to the beach was about 15-20 mins but there is a taxi rank just outside the complex and it doesn't cost much to go to either Puerto Rico or amadores beach that's a huge plus too as all taxi drivers knew the place so there wasn't need to give them full address each time when we got a taxi back. Europa commercial center is just 5 min walking from the complex and it's great entertainment there every evening and a lot of nice pubs and restaurants there. Also on the day of our departure we asked is it okay to check out later as our flight was at 8pm and they let us stay in the apartment few more hours so we didn't have to worry what to do for half day. Pool area was very nice and quiet and was cleaned everyday. Really I couldn't recommend the place enough it's ideal for longer stays, we just felt like at home 😊 we will definitely come back if we be around 😊 thank you
