“Relaxing, quiet villa right near Porta Ricco town - Just lovely”

Great location to the main supermaket which is great when you are self catering. The villa is of an excellent standard and I would be very happy to stay there again. You can have the swimming pool heated which is worth every peeny of the the extra cost especially if you are going in the winter months as we do in FEB.

Carlos waited for us at the doors on time and welcomed us warmly. He was easy accessible if needed and was taking care of us throughout the stay., thank you and I am happy to recommend the place.

The hosts and his brother were very friendly and left a large bowl of fruit and some snacks for us. They also brought us a lovely cake during our stay, which was unexpected but very kind. The outside space was excellent and kept clean and tidy at all times. Although we didn't do any cooking the facilities were very good in the kitchen. The bedrooms and main bathroom were downstairs and were clean and tidy with lots of space for everything. The staircase wasn't too steep, so it is easily managed even if you have slight mobility problems.

Hosts are very friendly. A welcome gift of fruits, drinks and meat selection was a great surprise for us. We stayed over Christmas period, hosts baked for us two lovely Grand Canaries cakes. Heated pool int he property is a great advantage as there very little sun on the pool. Kitchen is well equipped, groceries shops minutes away by foot walk. The house has also Netflix TV that is a great advantage. Carlos is looking well after the house, everything is nicely clean and pool is well looked after. There are no cockroaches there, flies or mosquitoes in the house, windows and doors all protected by the nets. Very nice and quite neighborhood, plenty of parking and all the restaurants, shopping centers are minutes away by walk. Greta location for someone who likes to be in the center "of everything".

Everything was so perfect from day 1, Carlos and Dory waiting for us with arms open and big hug, and let us checkin 4 hours earlier! Property has everything it need , is a nice proper vila with its own swimming pool and barbeque, sunbeds, etc… you really feel that you are in holliday. Inside kitchen is well equipped with everything you need, good size bedrooms and beds. Everything was Fantastic!!! Plenty shops Around within 5 min walk, big Mercadona, Spar and Super Dino. The location extremely quiet, a really nice place to charge your battery! Can’t wait to go back in October!

Fantastic location. Hiring a car is a great choice (though not essential). Within a close radius you have Playa de Amadores (10min), Mogan (known as Little Venice and very beautiful and less than 20min away) , Melonaras (stylish looking seafront and some lovely restaurants - 20min), Maspalomas (the dunes are a must - 20min). Aqualand (20min) is just outside Maspalomas and has a great selection of slides. We went in February and there was no queuing at all. Las Palmas is a little further away (50min), but worth a day trip. The local football team (UD Las Palmas) are currently in Spain's topflight La Liga and tickets are reasonably priced and easily obtainable unless it is against some of the bigger teams (Barca, Real & Atletico Madrid). Wonderful hosts - Carlos and Dory are the best - could not do enough for us and were prompt and responsive right for the start. Clean, comfortable, well furnished and full compliment of domestic appliances - used the BBQ multiple times. Nice little pool to cool off in which I imagine would be very welcome in summer. (Can also be heated for a small fee if required). FYI, also found there were ZERO mosquito's around at this time of year as opposed to some of the other Canary Islands we have visited previously.

Carlos and Dory were ramazing hosts they were attentive, helpful and and unintrusive The cleanliness of the villa was impeccable The location was great. It was close to all amenities, but set in a quite safe location the view from the lounge was epic. The facilities the pool and BBQ where absolutely amazing. The kitchen and lounge are fantastic. Great shower comfortable beds. We slept so well. Just a great place to unwind.

Everything from the minute we arrived to lancelot. Carlos and Dory made us feel at home. They are excellent and super efficient. The house is fabulous and caters for everything. The pool is perfect and Carlos keeps it cleaned and serviced regularly. He also leaves gifts during the holidays. The house is beside all the supermarkets and restaurants. We have been to Porto Rico a couple of times before and this one is the best... Thank you so much for making our holiday special...

Lancelot is a beautiful Private House. The owner, Carlos met my wife and myself at the property after we had been transferred from the Airport by his lovely Daughter Julia. Carlos showed us in great detail all of the facilities; The outside space is fantastic and there are different levels on which to sunbathe or dine outside on. We were overwhelmed at how everything that one could desire was provided. Carlos explained how to use everything and we also took up the option to have the Pool Heated for an additional sum, this proved to be a good decision given that it was February and we woke up every day to a lovely warm pool. We didn't see Carlos at all throughout our 10 day stay but he did provide his mobile number if we had any problems, which we didn't and he came to clean the pool and test chemical levels whilst we were still in bed and when we got up we found that he left us a very large Canarian Cake cooked by his wife Dory . We had a fantastic holiday and will definitely be returning again this year. Bravo Carlos, Dory and Julia, you are a lovely family who gave us one of the best holidays we have ever had.

The owners of this villa Carlos & his wife Dory were very welcoming. Carlos was amazing and picked us up & dropped us back going home. The villa had everything you needed and the heated pool was lovely. When Carlos came to clean the pool he even brought us a lovely gift for our breakfast can't ask for better service. The location was fantastic everything was in walking distance.
