Great location, fantastic apartment and very friendly staff

Pool was warm, paddling pool warmer. Walking distance from the beach, rooms were large and comfortable, jacuzzi was easy to use and the view was great. The reception worker I met, a man was very very welcoming, I wish i knew his nam, i think it began with A, I think he is a credit to your hotel.

We love this hotel for its location and quietness… Pool is great… Staff are the best… so nice and polite.. The room we got this time was very tired and in need of some repair… broken tiles right across the apartments floor.. Balcony had a safety bar that really needed repairing and was just taped up with masking tape… Potentially very dangerous.. Kitchen a little tired and bathroom could do with new shower and towels..

We stayed at this hotel from March 1 to March 4, and we really loved everything. The hotel is very nice, with great conditions, very clean, and excellent housekeeping. The beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is very convenient and fully equipped — there are dishes, plates, cups, and even a coffee machine. There is also a shop at the hotel where you can buy everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, or dinner, which is very convenient. The view from the balcony is absolutely beautiful and makes the stay even more special. We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment (two moms and two kids), and it was perfect for us. We had a wonderful and relaxing time. The heated pool is a big advantage — it is warm even when it’s windy outside, which is very important. After that, we stayed in a 5-star hotel where the pool was also supposed to be heated, but it was actually cold. Here, however, the pool is truly warm. The only thing we regret is not booking a room with a jacuzzi — next time we definitely will! We will definitely come back. Thank you very much to the hosts! Additionally, there is a convenient gym, a small kids’ room, and a bar by the pool where you can have a snack, breakfast, or buy ice cream. There is also a washing machine, which is very convenient; you just need to buy detergent, which is available in the shop at the hotel. An additional €100 deposit was taken upon arrival.

The location was great. Short walk or drive to Amadores and far enough away for peace and quiet. The layout gave great privacy to each apartment and the facilities rooms pool pool bar staff and the added jacuzzi for watching sunrise and sunset was idilic

Dates of stay: 31st Jan - 7th Feb Weather: So much sun! Around 20/21 degrees which often felt a little hotter. The late afternoons tended to get a bit cooler but just a light layer over the top was needed for the evenings out. Hotel and Room: Room 101 (comes with heated private pool, rarely available so we were very lucky)! The room is spacious, clean and bright. Lots of storage available. The views from terrace are out of this world! The amount of sun on it is incredible, from 9am to 6pm. The pool is the star of the show, it’s a shame our neighbours didn’t have a pool rather than hot tubs too as the pool is so much better! The room is located right by a gate that leads to the walk to Amadores Beach! Amazingly convenient, the walk is not hard, I repeat the walk is not hard! So many reviews are really against the walk, my Mum who is 70 managed it, it takes no more than 15 minutes to the beach. On the way back it will only take a bit longer due to having a little stop as it is steep (but so doable! Perhaps aim to walk early before the sun is too hot and come back later when it cools down). Also, the path is very clean but also a bit slippy in certain footwear simply because of the surface texture so you might feel a bit tense as you walk down if wearing something not so grippy. Cleaners come so often. We didn’t always need the rooms cleaned so just asked for what we did need such as new tea towels and dishwasher tablets. Air con units all work very well. TV has a good few English channels, you can’t watch Netflix so just ignore that on the TV remote. In fact, it’s all about being outside on the terrace and in the pool, we didn’t even need TV! Bring card games with you :) We never really spent time at the communal pool until the last day, it was lovely! We managed to get a later checkout for free (thank you)! and our flight was much later so we spend all day at the pool and kept our luggage in reception.

Although a steep location, it’s great to have the path from the hotel down to the front. All balconies have sun from Mormon to evening. Big 2 bedroom apartments was nice & spacious.
