First of all, the location is perfect right on top of the beach. The staff from reception were amazing, polite, courteous and friendly. The pool Bar Staff Armando, Luis and Lucia were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was on point great coffees and even better cocktails. I highly recommend the mojito.

“The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Gran Canaria”

The property was amazing, the room was very modern, roomy & had huge TV that I could log into Nexflix & Paramount. And had TV’s in both bedrooms. The bathroom was also roomy & you could have shower with enough space to move around freely. Everything was there …. Kitchen perfect… nothing missing even Ironing board & Iron 😊 Staff absolutely the best so friendly & nothing to much for them. They helped my father when he couldn’t remember which room he was staying in & took him straight there.

From the moment we arrived, the warm and incredibly helpful front desk staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. They were always ready to assist with any question or request, no matter how big or small — their professionalism and kindness were truly exceptional. Our room was cleaned daily and was always spotless. It was spacious, bright, and tastefully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the ocean that we enjoyed every morning. Waking up to that peaceful scenery was simply magical. The hotel is located in a quiet and charming area, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The calm atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable — a true oasis away from the crowds. We absolutely loved everything about our stay and can’t wait to come back again. El Greco will definitely be our first choice next time!

Everything - we had an amazing holiday

Perfect location, right beside a beautiful beach. Apartments have everything you could possibly need. Air-conditioning in every room. Coffee maker, large fridge, every possible utensil. Pool was like swimming in a lovely bath. Pool snack good with nice selection of cocktails. Staff v friendly. Cleaning every day. Parking available onsite.

Location across from beach is great. Apartment was spacious with everything you need. All staff were lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble for them. Pool area is great and always plenty of sun loungers.

I like everything about you El Greco… lovely personal and super welcome…super spotless, temperature in the pool warm exactly what u need, food good by the pool … amazing drink 🥤 , towels change every day , pool towels to use , Taxy’s coming in to the parking ….when u go to aeroport !! Room also have a big tv with very good internet working, aer conditioner to cool… kitchen all the utilities, bathroom with hairdryer, soap ..bic …shower gel…toilet paper!!!! Like home ❤️

“Best ever spartment”

Best apartment I ever stayed in. Room 101 leads straight out onto the pool. The location by the port is fantastic. Room cleaned everyday for at least 30 minutes. Not your usual lick and a promise. Pool cleaned to a spotless standard with disinfectant on all concrete surfaces adjacent to the pool. Room 101 is a 2 bed apartment. Stayed with my wife, son and 9 year old granddaughter. Love to go back to El Greco again.
