“Great time,great place”

Not usually doing reviews but this time will,first thing property is lovely for small family of 3,all starting from time u enter smell saying that owner is looking after it,very nice smell,no mouldy or bad smell,very clean,u can find anything regards cooking,same u expect to find in your kitchen at home,tv channels, free internet,but the best is pool for flats there ,we where on holiday at Easter holiday break,barely anyone was using it so we where like owners,quiet place with swimming pool,regards Luca the host,he's with you on messenger or phone from first minute u landing in Gran canaria,met him few times,very approachable,clean,Italian gentleman that always there to make your stay superb,about parking,plenty free space around property available its a big plus for people who want to explore island.

The host Luca was amazing. Very helpfull. Beautiful apartments, very peacefull. Supermarket a minute a way. Rooms brilliant. Luca was a brilliant host highly recommended.

Perfect, the place surrounded by many restaurants, and close to the best beaches of the island, Luca is an amazing person !!

“Very pleasant stay at Luca's apartment!”

The place is vey good, it is in a calm part of the town, very beautiful, with everything we needed. Parking is provided, the balcony is good and the apartment has everything you need and is well equipped. I have every recommendation for this apartment! Greetings to Luca from Serbia!

Luca the owner was so helpful and made US feel so welcome with welcome beers and fruit. The facilities were spot on. Nothing missing in the apartment. And really nice trekking walks right behind the apartments. And so cosy and silent. We are definitely coming back.

Beautiful apartment with many extra home comforts provided by the owner. The apartment is set high up in the hillside, so you have wonderful views. It takes approx 14 mins to walk to the beach going down hill, so not ideal for people who have mobility issues, however there is always the taxi service. The apartment grounds are well maintained and the pool is clean. There is also a small shop behind the apartment that provides many essentials.

Just out of the way of the hustle, bustle and noise from the town. Easy walk to to to the beech and restaurants. Luca ( the owner of the apartment) will go above and beyond to help. Picked us up from the airport. Answer all our questions about the property. A fantastic man.

Lovely little apartment with pool in a very quiet area. Very clean and handily has a washing machine as well. Pool was also very nice and we often had it to ourselves.

Luka, the host was very welcoming, showed us around how everything worked and etc. Apartment had everything you need, beds were comfortable, extra blankets.

Luca the host was very welcoming, took time to show us where everything was, explain how to use and access everything available, including the multiple English TV channels. The wi-fi was great. Apartment on a very quiet complex with friendly neighbours, felt very secure. Apartment fully equipped including unexpected touches such as; cooking oil, condiments, tea bags, water plus multiple cleaners and washing products. Everything had been thought of! We booked the transfers with Luca, great rate (less than half the price of a taxi) on way to apartment took us to a huge supermarket and happily waited whilst we went shopping - above and beyond our expectations!

The host was excellent. Met us from the bus stop to help with the cases & drove us up. Very friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and more. A lovely terrace and clean quiet pool. Would definitely go again.

The location has lovely views the owner Luca picked us up at the airport and was charming. He was so helpful showing us around the apartment and explained the Wi-Fi , taxi access and all amenities.
