Overview
Set high up in Puerto Rico in the south of Gran Canaria, this apartment complex has wonderful sea views from its sun terrace and outdoor pool. The Monteparaiso apartments each have a bedroom, a lounge with a sofabed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom. There is a furnished terrace with views of the bay. Monteparaiso has 2 pools, one for children. There are free sun beds and parasols. Opposite Monteparaiso is the Europa Shopping Centre.

They were changing the towels and even did and fixed the sheets of the couch bed. Really sweet and available also through phone (one help you by phone and the partner by person)

The apartment was in an ideal location for me. As a solo traveller I felt safe there and it was lovely and quiet. I also was provided with plenty clean towels throughout my stay. I found all the staff very nice and friendly.

“One week. Family”
Cleaning per 3 days. View from the mountain top. Southern balcony. Room was clean. Staff nice. Big TV. Laundry machine next to our apartment although extra price. Shopping center near. Big balcony. Hot water lasted long in the shower. Furniture was good. Nice long hill walk 150m elevation of climb to the beach if you like fitness activities.

“Booked for the last night of our holiday”
The view was amazing and the place was spotless and smelt unreal, it’s a little outdated and old fashioned which we knew before we booked so it wasn’t an issue it was really comfortable we got to use the pool next door which was heated and lovely like I said the view outweighed any cons we had, with a little decorating and new furniture it would be 10/10
