“Clean quiet and comfortable”

It was small and quiet and good value, pool was fine for size of hotel, I’ve stayed in a few places but enjoyed this one.

Staff were lovely ,it was a quiet place and was clean ,nobody bothered you ,you were left to your own devices

As with most properties in Puerto Rico it was up quite a steep hill and steps for over 65's. It was also very warm for February. Apart from that everything was ok.

The security guard was horrible to me. And also our bed had bed bugs in it. My little boy was covered in them when he woke up on our first night. There was nothing provided to wash dishes with. No kettle and the only plug that worked in the whole apartment was the one with the adaptor next to the microwave. Also having to pay deposits for the remote control in order to be able to watch the tv was a bit ridiculous. The way the security guard spoke to me was insulting. Unfortunately we wont be back at this apartment.

Good views, not too big a complex (only 15 apartments) and kept very clean.

It was spotless Staff very Friendly It was on a quiet street , perfect for families 10 min walk to centre or 3 euro in a taxi All requests were done

The apartment was spotless and well kept by the cleaner who came 3 times a week and the girls in reception were excellent and very helpful. A lovely and quiet area.

“Apartment good, clientele not so good.”

The apartment was clean. The view from the balcony was excellent. we had sun most of the day until about 5pm. it wasn’t too far from the main drag and the beach it was quiet (most of the time - see dislikes). the cleaner was friendly and efficient. No cockroaches or insects in our apartment.

location not far to the center and 10 minutes to the beach, however the building is on a hill and you have to climb a lot of steps. the room had a separate area outside although it was on the ground floor. table and armchairs. small outdoor pool.
