APARTAMENTOS FLORIDA Gran Canaria Adults Only is located in the south-east of Gran Canaria, featuring a heated swimming pool. Each Florida apartment has a private terrace or balcony, lounge-kitchen and bedroom. The kitchen has hob, coffee-maker, fridge, toaster and kettle, while the lounge has a TV. The bedroom has a large wardrobe. All rooms have views of the pool and garden. Next to the swimming pool are 2 large terraces for sunbathing, with loungers and parasols. The swimming pool is accessible by wheelchairs. The beach is just 900 metres away, while shops and restaurants can be found within easy walking distance. Gran Canaria Airport is about 40 km away.

“Amazing week”
Florida apartments are excellent value for money. The staff are amazing and location is 10/10. Although the furniture in the apartments is a little dated, it has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. The place is spotlessly clean and the pool area is kept immaculate. Would not hesitate to recommend these apartments.

“May 2026 stay”
Cost & location. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool area spotless with plenty of sunbeds. Accommodation and pool area got the sun from around 10am til 7pm. Basic kitchen but everything you'd need for a short stay. Air con in bedroom brand new - definitely worked 🥶lol Usable balcony, not the biggest but enough for a table and 2 chairs.

“Florida apartments”
Florida apartments were spotless. We only saw the host at check in. He was very nice. Cleaners were lovely. Pool area was spotless. Right across the road from the shopping centre so fantastic for walking distance to shops and restaurants. Our apartment was upstairs although the apartments are wheelchair friendly as there are no steps from the main road to the downstairs apartments. Best apartments we've stayed in in puerto rico.

Location of apartments was excellent and across the road from bars and restaurants. The pool area was fantastic and plenty of sun beds to cater for everybody. David, the host was most helpful with any questions or queries we had. Being an adult only complex was also what we were looking for and made a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

What can I say Great service from David and the cleaning staff Amazing from arrival until we departed lovely clean from in to out David keeps the outside area spotless from the grounds to the pool works very hard. Holiday makers not one person didn't say good morning all very friendly.

“Love the place but hate the early check-out and lack of facilities.”
I love the location, across the road from the Commercial Centre with no steps to climb. The place is always immaculately clean and David is always around to help with any issues.

The only thing lacking is there is no luggage room toilets or shower room so we were out our room from 10 this morning didn’t get picked up till 5pm apart from that it was fantastic
