TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CASTAWAYS and SONORAN SPA.
Please read carefully.
SECTION 1. Payment Policy: We accept Visa/Master Card and Discover Card and direct bank deposit. The credit card used to making the reservation must be in the name of the main tenant in the reservation. You are required to provide the SAME upon entry credit card used to make the reservation. You can only use one credit card per reservation.
SECTION 2. Initial Payment and Security Deposit: At the time of making your reservation YOU AUTHORIZE US to make a non-refundable charge of $200 USD on your credit card to pay your reservation until entrance. If you do not show up or cancel, this payment will be forfeited. YOU AUTHORIZE US to charge your credit card the total amount of the Reserve 30 days before your arrival. If you do not show up or cancel within Aft 30 days, all money paid will be lost. Upon arrival, you will be required to grant a withholding of $200 USD, and will remain as a security deposit until after you have made your departure and the unit has been inspected for loss or damage. If all okay, we'll remove the hold. If not, you will be charged for our Loss or Damage policy in SECTION 19 below.
SECTION 3. Credit Card Agreement: I am providing my credit card number as a guarantee of payment to the rental company. I ACCEPT and AUTHORIZE to pay all rents and charges related to the rental of the property. I AGREE all terms of the rental agreement and its TERMS and CONDITIONS and I ACCEPT all responsibility for the property, as well as any damage beyond normal wear and tear during the term of my contract with the Rental Company. Rent. I understand that these costs will be charged to my card.
credit. I AUTHORIZE the rental company to charge my card credit for payment of these items. The rental company can use any funds received from me upon receipt from the insurance company rental of such funds.
SECTION 4. Online reservations: During the online reservation process our automated system on our website there is a direct link to these Terms and Conditions. There is an area where you must mark a box to continue accepting these TERMS and CONDITIONS and continue making your reservation. Checking this box means that you have carefully read all of these Terms and Conditions and you accept.
SECTION 5. Confirmation of reservations: After making your reservation, you will receive an automated Reservation Confirmation and a separate email with a copy of these TERMS and CONDITIONS attached. Please read the Reservation Confirmation to know the exact dates, postal address, number of adults and/or children and accommodations. Any errors should be directed to the reservations department immediately. You will be asked to accept and sign our Reservation Confirmation and return it to our staff reservations to the indicated email to confirm your booking.
SECTION 6. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS VIA EMAIL. Documents such as the Reservation Confirmation and the TERMS AND CONDITIONS They will be sent to you through our Mail Verification System Secure Electronic. This system assigned a security number to the communication confirming shipment. You accept all communications through this system as proof of delivery and confirmation that you have read and approved.
SECTION 7. Changes to reservations: Any change to your reservation is subject to a fee of $25 USD. In addition, it will have to be covered cost in case there are price differences on the new dates requested.
SECTION 8. Cancellations: There are no refunds for No shows and cancellations.
Confirmed and/or unconfirmed reservations that are canceled more than thirty (30) calendar days prior to arrival, they will be will charge a fee of $200 USD per cancellation.
Confirmed and/or unconfirmed reservations that are canceled with less thirty (30) calendar days prior to arrival, they will be will collect 100% of all amounts paid in advance.
