First floor location gave us immediate access to the pool and beach areas. Nice out door patio to sit and eat or just enjoy the views. Several eating options within a 5 minute walk from the room. Parking was secure and safe. Grounds crew, especially around the pool area, were very nice and worked hard throughout the day.
