Silvana is very helpful, plus a little family rune shopmnext door which provides the basics of anything needed. The aprtment is very warm, and beds comfortable and kitchen area has everything needed.

“Top place in Puerto Natales”
Our bus arrived late, but Silvana was waiting for us, to introduce the apartment. And it was the best place on our trip through Patagonia. It felt like she made the apartment for her and then rent it. Everything was made to fit, everything was useful, everything worked. From a shower that kept the temperature steady to a heating system in the whole apartment to kitchen appliances and dishes. We loved it! The location is just one parallel to the main "Bulnes Street", where you find after about 500m supermarkets, restaurants and all kind of merchandise you may want. When we couldn't continue our trip due to bad weather and Silvana gave us one of her other apartments, equally perfect.

The apartment is comfortable and new. The landlady was really polite. Everything was clean. The location was quiet and safe. All of the equipment worked. Wi-fi was also very good. I 100% recommend.
