We had a wonderful stay at this cosy hotel in Puerto Arenas. The location was absolutely perfect- close to the bus station and also very central. The attention to detail really stood out, from the uniquely decorated rooms to the warm, inviting atmosphere, and the room itself was a great size with excellent amenities, including access to a washer and dryer. The hotel was also incredibly convenient for our trek, offering secure storage while we were away and even preparing an amazing breakfast for us before our early morning departure. The breakfast itself was a highlight—fresh, varied, and the perfect start to long days of exploring.

“Home away from home in Puentas de Natales”

This is a home away from home. Staff are freindly (they even used their own credit card to book a tour when mine was rejected. Breakfast was awesome, living areas were great and they even had guitars.

The place is clean and the kitchen is full with fruits and drinks.

We stayed at Treehouse Patagonia in Feb 2025 and again now for 2 nights (before and after our trip to Torres del Paine). I would highly recommend them! Everything is clean and comfortable and our room had everything we needed. The self-service breakfast is lovely and very convenient. The location is perfect - in the centre of Puerto Natales and easy walking distance to shops and restaurants. I would like to give special mention to Gerardo, who was exceptionally helpful and accommodating - thank you!

Lovely place , clean comfortable room , lovely bed , nice bathroom … hairdryer ! A treat for budget travellers ! Great breakfast we were able to have early and store for luggage during our trek

“Best accommodation of my trip!”

The host was very nice and allowed us to do late check in at 11pm. The breakfast was delicious and we ate at the common area. The aesthetic of the whole place was my favourite part of the stay. Everything was comfortable and the towel heaters were heavenly.

Friendly staff and the hostel was very cosy. Breakfast was self service and was good.

The lady who cleans there was so nice and attentive . She did not speak English but I felt welcomed .

The location is good but the people are awesome. Took care of everything for us. Great amentities as well.

Quaint rooms, lovely host and great self-serve breakfast which made it one of the few places where we could actually eat the included breakfast even though we were leaving at 4am for hiking / Puma tracking!

The perfect stay in Puerto Natales! Very comfortable and great staff, breakfast included. Easy walking distance to everything in town and lockers for leaving bags.

Warm and clean and good hot water. Location was less than 10 mins walk from town centre. Most suited to self catering as kitchen available to cook own meals and supermarkets are nearby.
