Wow! Funky, close to restaurants, and so helpful for everything! Great beds. Upstairs bungalow the best with a view to the harbour.

Stay was cancelled before we arrived - Booked in the evening before we were due to arrive. We’re in the National Park with no internet coverage so did not receive message about cancellation until 10 minutes before we were due to arrive. I can understand cancellation of people did not arrive at time advised but felt this was unfair. Basically arrived at 7pm in evening to cancelled booking and had to go find an alternative then. Said there was an issue with credit card but it has worked with all our previous bookings and bookings made since. Very disappointing.

The room was very spacious and clean. Location was perfect. Close to restaurants and the waterfront. Young lady that checked us in spoke English and was very kind and helpful.

“Cosy stay in Puerto Natales”

A fantastic cosy studio apartment, equipped with a kitchen which allowed us to have a 'quiet night in'. We will always have fantastic memories eating our meal out on the terrace with a bottle of wine and watching the sun set the night before we ventured off to Torres Del Paine. Well located, within a short walking distance of coffee shops, restaurants and the water front.

We had a wonderful stay in the bungalow! They are very cosy and we felt right at home, the moment we entered: and after a 4 day hike it was a true treat! The check-in was very easy and the staff was very helpful during and even before the trip. The decoration in the bungalow was very nice and the bathroom - especially the shower excellent. As excellent as the WiFi: So this is a great stay in Puerto Natales!

Wonderful cabins. Coming after long days in the park in late autumn into the warm and cozy cabin felt like coming home. The Kitchener made it very easy to be self sufficient. Especially for making breakfasts and lunches for pre-dawn departures to the park.
