Since we were a family of 6, the 3 bedroom apartment was perfect. The upper floor dining area was bright and had good views of the mountains.

The room was large and comfortable.

Really comfortable room, good matress quality, and enough space. Breakfast was one of the best during our whole trip, freshly made scrambled eggs are a small but noteworthy detail to start well into the hiking day.

Nice staff. Comfortable accommodation. Convenient location for restaurants and the main bus terminal. They even stored our luggage for free while we were hiking in Torres del Paine

Location good - ten minute walk to centre of town, but some very reasonable restaurants only 5 minutes walk away. Staff were great, (Marco and Vincent in particular), providing help with luggage and good tips on restaurants etc. Room was good size, clean and well provided. Use of top floor lounge/bar area was good (unlocked by staff on request) - no bar but had a glass of our own wine looking at the view before heading out for dinner.
