Had a homey feeling to it. Was warm and comfortable. The kitchen area was well laid out so multiple people could be in the space, and the back yard was a nice place to sit and enjoy the sun.

Nice and friendly staff, there was ready to answer all questions we might have. Great kitchen with possibility to make breakfast and dinner.

Hostel for hikers, clean, comfortable with a good kitchen and quiet but good vibes, no problem leaving our bag at whilst we did the o-trek and appreciated that we knew we were coming back to clean cosy hostel with a great shower after the trek :)

Cosy hostel. Kitchen access and decent location

The hostel is nice, small and cosy. We could left smaller backpacks for one week while doing the O trek in TDP (free of charge). They were super nice for waiting for us to check in at 10 pm.

“Excellent hostel”

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was cosy, beds were comfortable, super clean and friendly staff. Kitchen was well equipped. We were surprised that they made our beds perfectly everyday which was nice to come back to in the evening and we weren’t expecting that from a hostel. Would recommend.

I had a great stay here. I arrived quite late but the staff stayed to welcome me. The rooms and beds were very comfortable and the common areas were really nice. The bathrooms were also really clean. I would definitely stay again and really recommend.

Good value for money. Stayed in private room. Good sized room to pack all hiking gear. Kitchen was good. Recommend for staying prior and after W/O trek.

The location was not far away from the bus terminal if getting there on foot. N

Best hostel of our trip. Really cosy atmosphere, staff is very helpful. Showers are cleand and beds are conformable. Highly recommended

Had a great stay at puma house. Friendly staff, well equipped kitchen. In a good location for lots of restaurants and cafes, about 10 min walk from the bus station too. Highly recommend.

We had a private room for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The room is a good size and offers a shelf, coat hangers and bedside tables for storage. The bed was very comfortable and the shower hot with good pressure. The shared kitchen was great, very well equipped with everything you need. Free coffee/tea and oats as well. The bicycles we hired were really great too and staff was welcoming and friendly. Close to town and the bus station.

“Great value but busy location”

The place is lovely. We stayed in a private room that was big enough to accommodate 1 large suitcase and 2 large backpacks. The price was very fair.

Awesome location, very good value for money, super helpful staff. We could use the facilities after check out, which was amazing. Our favourite dormitory hostel that we’ve stayed in!

Lovely small hostel with only 14 beds. Easy to meet people and a good place to leave luggage while you go to Torres del Paine!

Owners are very annoying and walking after you to see if you are doing something wrong. First I thought it’s me but when I spoke with other guests they felt the same intimidation.
