“NOT a 9,2. Read before booking.”
1: One of the bathrooms had a persistent smell of urine, and there was a faucet that kept dripping. When we brought it up with the owner, she nonchalantly responded, "Yeah, we should fix that someday, but we'll have to change all the plumbing" No further action was taken, so we had to resort to closing off the water source ourselves. 2: Even if you're not Chilean, they still impose Chilean taxes. When we asked about this, questioning why other hotels don't do the same, the owner simply replied, "Yeah, we could do the same." without explaining why they don't. 3: The walls give off a somewhat cheap vibe, with peeling paint and an overall homemade aesthetic that doesn't quite meet expectations. 4: While the apart-hotel is ok'ish located close to the city center, the surrounding area appears a bit dodgy, especially judging by the immediate neighbors.

“Please contact us via an email we can reply to to make payment”
We need to get hold of Bookings.com as there was no one there to take our payment or welcome us. A key was left in the door and no one came near the apartment. So how do we pay them. Please could we get an email as we cannot phone. Regards kann@ global.co.za

The apartments were very clean and Carla was very responsive to my questions. It felt safe and was close to walk into town. Also near the bus station which was helpful for hiking.

“Lots of potential but many rough spots”
The location was convenient at is it close to the center but not in the center so no parking charges. The place has enough space for 4 adults or a family of 5. It’s well insulated and warm during the cold nights.

“Modern, clean convenient haven in Puerto Natales !”
This is a lovely clean, modern, convenient apartment with all the amenities taken care of (including a little packet of soup in anticipation of our late arrival). We were very comfortable here and it felt like a home away from home !

“Positive experience, great location and attentive host. Thank you!”
The apartment was modern, well thought-out and clean and we really liked it. Beds were comfortable, furniture and cabinets were functional and clean. We also appreciate Carla's help with solving a car parking issue when we needed to park our car for a few nights.

“Great cozy accommodation in Puerto Natales”
I liked that the place was cosy, warm and clean, ready for us to use after a long flight. The apartament was well equipped with tea' coffee etc and table to eat. Carla was very helpful during our stay making sure we were able to enjoy the best parts of the town and beyond.

“comfortable stay”
Nice new apartment, tidy and has what you need for a self-catering stay. Carla was very nice and helpful and we were welcomes by a very cute front of house “tres leches” a very friendly calico cat. Bed was comfortable and good shower
