Housed in a historic building, the recently renovated Kawi Hostel offers accommodation with a shared lounge and free WiFi. “Good for a short stay”
Good location - a short walk from the center where we found nice restaurants and cafes. The room was fine, a good size and nice and warm - and there is a great kitchen and eating area where you can make your own meals. We left our bags for 4 days whilst we went hiking for a cost of $2,000 Chilean pesos per day.

“Comfortable stay”
We stayed one night before our W Trek and one night after and kept things we didn't need behind. Great location, not in the centre of town but close to bus terminal and very kind hosts.

“Wonderful couple of nights stay with great hospitality”
Absolutely loved our time at Kawi hostel! Such a comfortable stay with beautiful rooms and kitchen full of all amenities needed. We cooked every night we were there! Location is great, really close to the local high street and nice cafes, and even a gin bar, which we loved. The owner was wonderful and always so smiley and chatty. Our Spanish isn’t good but it was great to have some practice!

“Very warm and homely stay.”
Lara and Victor were the perfect hosts, they were able to give us lots of info on Puerto Natales. Also gave us lunch every day we stayed with them and stored our bags for us safely while we did the trek in Torres Del Paine. Would definitely recommend the stay.

We had a great stay in Kawi hostel. Victor and his mom Laura are warm and welcoming people, we really felt like home in their cozy hostel. For a small fee you can do laundry and leave your luggage at the hostel if you're doing a multi-day hike in the Torres NP. We also got a breakfast package every morning, which was super nice. From the hostel we could reach the town center and the bus station within 10 min walk, very handy!

“Laura keep being excellent.”
Laura made our stay so great. We are two lads from Ireland travelling for 6 months and while our Spanish isn’t 100% she was an excellent communicator. Really made you feel part of her home.

“Perfect”
