Perfect location, lovely comfortable rooms and friendly staff. Free welcome drink in the rooftop bar was a nice touch.

The location of the property was convenient to the restaurants, the pier for the excursion to the glaciers and to the road to Torres del Paine. Street parking was safe. The staff were helpful and spoke Spanish and English.

Location and value for money. Easy to find nice restaurants nearby and next door. Rooms clean and views from some of them and on the roof terrace and bar. Clean and cleaners very dedicated, focused on providing the best service and helpful.

The location was perfect - all the attractions and transport links were within walking distance. The staff were also incredibly helpful.

Good hotel for good value in the center of Puerto Natales.

The property is very central and very close to the pick up areas for the tours. My room is very comfortable and always smelled nights. The reception staff are friendly and would guide you if you asked some questions. The breakfast could be better but I think they offer food basics for hiking, but they could’ve been more proactive in terms of welcoming people all over the world and greeting them in a much more hospitable way instead of reactive.

Good location and although a simple hotel, it was clean and comfortable and net our needs for a night stay twice before and after going to Torres del Paine. Staff were super helpful. We could leave our luggage at the hotel when we went into the national park. Breakfast was adequate.

Loved the design of the hotel and the rooms. The roof terrace gave beautiful views of the town and the land/seascape. The wlecome drink up on the roof terrace a really nice touch.Helpful staff.

“Modern hotel with great views”

Nice and modern hotel in the heart of Puerto Natales, close to all the shops and restaurants. The room and bed itself was clean and comfortable. We also really enjoyed our welcome drink at the rooftop terrace.

Great roof top bar. The rooms were very clean and comfortable and breakfast was good. The staff were fab and recommended a cheap local restaurant for us.

Great little roof-top bar with incredible views and a nice, gentle atmosphere. Clean rooms and bathroom, newly refurbished. Very comfortable beds, beautiful linen.

Great location near good restaurants. Helpful staff and good size rooms and nice bathroom. Casual rooftop bar/area to sit and enjoy the views. Had trouble with uber and the man at reception helped to call a local cab.

“Nice modern hotel”

Very nice small and modern hotel in the city center. The rooftop has a great view over the water. You can leave your luggage when you're doing the W trek and they will put it in your room when you come back.
