All good from start to finish - friendly welcome, food, hospitality, room, location. They were doing building work round the back because it was low season so we were transferred to the front (or upgraded!).

The rooms are in good size, clean and comfortable. Rooms facing the sea have a nice view. Location is central and convenient. Breakfast is quite good.

I loved this hotel immensely.It was my favourite hotel while staying in Chile.I would recommend it to anyone who wanted to stay in Puerto Natales.We were upgraded to a room with views of the water, which was amazing.I really enjoyed the layout of the hotel.It was spacious and expertly decorated, giving a relaxing and satisfying feeling. The staff were professional and attentive.10/10

“Lovely location overlooking the Sound.”
Lovely room with fantastic views over Última Esperanza Sound. The lobby area was great for having drinks and watching the sun setting. Location is fantastic, right on the promenade. Breakfast was good for the price paid.
