“Served it's purpose!”

- the host, Pedro, picked us up from the airport. Very lovely chap with limited English so being able to speak Spanish is needed and/ or having a translator app. He was always very smiley and we managed to have some good convo’s about local places etc regardless of the language barrier. - this was the cheapest hostal we could find that had private rooms/ own bathroom and a central location (20 min walk to the middle of town). The room was very basic but was clean, warm and a good size so it served it's purpose. There were plenty of sockets for charging things too! The room was also quiet so we slept well – we much needed after long days of exploring! - the hostal is super close to the bus station (3 min walk) so that was helpful for our early bus travel to/ from Puerto Natales. - we had the hostal booked for before and after our W trek and Pedro let us keep our luggage here for free. This was very convenient and meant we didn’t have to pay for storage lockers.

The room was comfortable, with a well appointed private bathroom. The host was very helpful, and patient regardless of the language barrier. It is very close to the bus station, which helped me a lot.

Great hostal very convinently located in 4 min from the bus station to catch an early bus to the W trek. The town centre is in about 15-20 min walk. We stayed two nights -before and after the trek, both rooms had all the basics.

Had all i needed for a night passing through. Hot shower, bathroom, bed and breakfast. I caught a bus and this place is only a short walk from the bus terminal. The host was great, friendly and helpful. He prepared a light breakfast and drove me to the airport the next morning.

“A cosy hotel with welcoming host!”

We stayed at Hostal Don Pedro for two nights before our W Trek and one night after. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was comfy and cosy, plenty of hot water and a small breakfast was included. Don Pedro was welcoming and kept our big bags while we were away on our trek. It’s close to the bus station which was handy for our early start for the W Trek and was a short walk into town! We would happily stay here again!

Don't Pedro is an amazing host! He assisted me with questions before I arrived, was there to welcome me with a big smile, although I arrived late and assisted in any way he could to make my stay pleasant. The hostel is 5 min walking with full hiking gear from the bus terminal, the rooms are spacious, well heated, clean, and with great hot showers. The common area is nice and cozy. I warmly recommend Don Pedro and will stay with him again next time I'm in town.

“Perfect for short stays in Puerto Natales”

The accommodation is well located, close to the bus station (very useful if you need to catch an early bus or arrive late). Don Pedro and his wife were super friendly, accommodating all our requests and sharing laughs with us. I definitely recommend it!

The owners were super-friendly and accommodating. Useful maps on the walls to help arrange the next day´s excursion, excellent location for the bus station (Note: not all buses leave from and arrive at the bus station, there is another depot at Bernardo O´Higgins 544)

“Homely and hospitable.”

I stayed 3 nights in total on 3 separate occasions as I departed and returned from treks. I wanted accommodation close to the bus terminus; it is a 5 minute walk away. It had a homely feel, with sofas in the hallway to relax on, and was always snug and warm. A kettle in the breakfast area was available to make hot drinks. I appreciated being able to leave my spare kit, food and bag whilst away trekking. Although little English was spoken by the owner, we communicated fine using Google translate, and I always found him very welcoming and hospitable.

Uncle Pedro was friendly & helpful. Place was clean and the heater was good cos was raining & cold wind.

Cosy room, nice hot shower, heater in room, friendly staff, 5-min walk to bus terminal. Found 2 grocery stores and a nice bakery within walking distance. Uncle Pedro very friendly and helpful.

Location good for the bus station. Nice little place to stay for a short stop over, walking distance from the centre and short walk to the bus station. Pedro was very friendly. We left too early for breakfast.
