“A cosy and very comfortable stay”

The room was warm, cosy and comfortable. Well laid out with plenty of storage space. Breakfast was great.. fresh to the table, plenty of variety. Location was good... a short walk in to the main street and close to a small supermarket and coffee shops. Best of all was being able to leave our luggage whilst hiking in Torres del Paine, coming back and the luggage is already in our room ready for a much needed hot shower. We were told check in could wait until after we were clean and warm.. this was a lovely gesture and much appreciated.

This was a great hostel. The rooms were so comfortable and it was amazing value for money. They staff went over and above to help and we even left our packs here while we did the O trekk for a week and it was free as we stayed 2 nights. Also a great location

Great location, you can walk to the bus station and the city center. It has restaurants around it too. The room was really clean and the breakfast was good, whether it was at the hostal or to take away. The staff is super friendly and they have an express laundry service.

Room was clean & comfortable. In a good location. Hector was very helpful. Nice that you could make tea / coffee all day and there was also a microwave. Great for our stop off.

Perfect Hostel for hikes in Torres del Paine. Extremely clean. Highly comfortable beds. Great Breakfast. Excellent and very nice and friendly staff. Impeccable organisation eve with the luggage’s we left there (we stayed there before and after the W Trek).

The staff were excellent, very helpful, accommodating and likeable! Location was perfect and room good value for money.

“Overall, a comfortable, clean, and well-run hostel”

Stayed here for a few nights in Puerto Natales and really enjoyed it. The rooms were great value for money and everything was very clean. The hosts were genuinely lovely and welcoming, and the included breakfast was generous, which was a nice bonus before early starts. Bathrooms had excellent hot water and strong pressure, which is always appreciated after long days out. The hostel is very quiet, so it’s ideal if you’re looking for a calm, restful place rather than a social or party vibe. Location-wise, it’s right in the centre of town and very walkable to restaurants, shops, and tour operators.

Super friendly hosts. Flexible in accommodating us (staying around common area when waiting for our transfer). Super clean rooms. Location is short walk to restaurants and shops in centre. We stayed here 1 night before and after our W Trek trip. Our luggage were brought to our room, also already placed in our room during our return. Dine in breakfast is very good, to go breakfast is simple.
