Contemporary decor. Comfortable bed. Awesome shower and thick towels. Toiletries. Bright common area. Very clean. Allowed early check-in. Responsive staff. Keyless entry to the hostal. Would stay again.

Really lovely hostal, close to everything. Very nice bright room and spacious. Good size bathroom with great shower. Very comfortable bed. Good, plentiful breakfast. Free coffee/tea/filtered water available at any time. They provide breakfast from 6am which is really appreciated as tours start early.

“Cosy family run hostal”

We stayed in a triple room with bathroom. The room was spacious and bathroom had good pressure shower. Rooms were cleaned and beds made everyday. Breakfast included yogurt, toasts, jam, eggs, ham, juice, cake and coffee. The hostal is in centre of town so very convenient. It is a family run hostal and everyone is so lovely. Definitely recommend.

“Good balance for the price”

The room was quite big, the bed was quite comfortable, the location in the center of the city but still in a more quiet area was nice. The daily cleaning was appreciated, good WiFi and the possibility to use the kitchen downstairs.

“Great place to stay to visit Torres del Paine”

I was impressed with the size of my room and how comfortable the bed was. I was at the end of the hall so I didn't hear any noise from people walking by for breakfast. Breakfast was excellent and filling. It was easy to get parking outside of the hotel except for I think it was a Saturday night so I had to walk a bit further but it wasn't a problem. I found the location to be great as I was within easy walking distance of restaurants. I would happily stay again. Rooms were cleaned every day which I appreciated.

Good location, nice space to sit at the lobby, read some magazines about patagonias and free coffee/tea all day. Family run hotel. Breakfast simple but adequate.Must try the scramble eggs prepared by dad. Best ever and much better than five star hotels. Allow us to store luggage while we went for w trek. Will stay again.

It got all you need. Location is close to the center but calm. I slept well. The private room w private bathroom was cute and had all essentials that you need. Given Patagonia is not cheap, this place is a good value. Breakfast was solid.

We stayed there twice - before an after the W track. The hostel is very clean and looks cozy. They are not cheap with the heating (it is important if you encountered cold weather) and have a nice breakfast. We could leave excess of luggage there until we returned from the track.
