The rooms were spacious and clean and the shower water pressure was amazing. We also loved the heated towel racks. The breakfast buffet was a great spread and we were able to fill up ahead of our hike days. The staff were so friendly and flexible, due to a flight cancellation we arrived at 2:30 am, and they were able to accommodate the check in. We were so happy with our stay and would definitely recommend Hostal America!

Excellent breakfast spread. Clean rooms, with hot water showers. Staff were really friendly and helpful as well. There is also a luggage storage service offered if you need to leave behind some items while doing multi-day treks in TdP.

The staff were amazing, the breakfast was delicious, the room was beautiful, the bed was extremely comfortable and the location is safe and convenient. Definitely recommend.

Small but very clean and cozy rooms. ​Great location – you can easily reach both the city center and the seaside, as well as nice restaurants and the central bus station. ​The breakfast is not very extensive, but it is more than enough for a good start to the day. ​The staff is very helpful and friendly. ​Having stayed at other places in Puerto Natales during previous visits, I can 100% recommend this one.

“Ideal Spot for W Trek”

Breakfast was great, wifi worked well and the room was clean and tidy. We could store our bags there for the entirety of the W Trek free of charge and its really close to the bus transfer terminal.

Easy walk to main shops. 5min walk to bus terminal. 2 local restaurants on the corner. The owner and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Hostal America was excellent. We were really comfortable during our stay here before and after hiking in TDP national park. The beds were comfy, the location was great for early morning buses and there was a laundry and cafe very close by. We were happy to walk a little way into town for dinner. The staff were friendly and they arranged early breakfasts when we were heading off for the W trek.

Really close to the bus station, really helpful staff. We were able to leave our bags whilst doing W trek and accommodated late return and organised an early breakfast.
