The hostel is clean in general and the facilities are great, especially the washroom is very up to standard. Location is good because it’s walking distance to the bus station.

Really chilled and cool hostel. Close to the main restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds. Cool living area to meet people. They also offer many tours. Very good price.

Arrived to find they had checked in some other person to the room we had booked. They did not correct this error and had no other rooms available, so they moved us to another building further from the centre of town. This building was half renovated (dust sheets on the wals, wires sticking out of the walls) and the room was dirty (hair in the sink and shower drains, crumbs on the carpet). The keys we were given to the building did not work so we were not able to go outside at the same time. No refund or compensation offered at any stage. Awful experience.
