We had a wonderful stay at Container Departamento. Upon arrival, the owner met us to show us everything we needed for our stay. He was incredibly friendly and helpful and was available via WhatsApp for anything we needed. The container was cozy, warm, and had an excellent hot shower. It was fully equipped with every amenity required for our stay, including a very comfortable bed and great Wi-Fi. The location is superb, an easy walk into town and conveniently close to a couple of supermarkets. We truly loved our stay here and left with great memories!"

Puerto Natales is where people mostly stay before or after the W or O trek and having somewhere near the bus station before and after is ideal (especially after!!) Pablo is one of the best hosts we've had and we'd stay there again if the occasion arises. Also a bag storage is available for storing big bags if you're downsizing how much stuff your taking on the trek - very convenient and affordable. Great little container with everything for a short stay.

Very friendly staff. The place is absolutely spotless. Everything you need is there but it's a bit small. It's a container unit. No room for a side table next to the bed. It is across from the bus terminal so it's really handy if you need to catch a bus early or arrive late. It's perfect for one night.

Very clean and good value for money. The heating and hot water work well, which is essential because it gets cold and windy here. Bed is comfortable. There is a fridge, microwave, kettle and two sets of tableware. Courtesy tea and coffee provided. 3-minute walk to the bus terminal. 15-minute walk to town centre.

We had a lovely stay, but it was previously agreed that we would have luggage storage prior to our stay but at the agreed time there was nobody to meet us and after a phone call the time we would have to wait for the storage was too long as we had nearly missed our bus
