“Easy checkin and checkout”

Check in was very easy. The host sent me details early on in preparation for our arrival for the door code and code to the lockbox. The place was very clean and cozy. The beds were quite comfortable, however, the top bunk beds were very difficult to get in and out of! The wifi worked well for us. We did have trouble with the washing machine locking its door preventing us from taking the clothes. When we told the host she was there in 15mins to help us out.

“Everyting perfect”

We liked everything. Very clean, great beds, 2 very good showers and bathrooms. It was bigger than we thought based on the pictures. There's a small playground just outside the house which was a big plus for our 2 children. Comfortable big sofa and nice bar area. The host was very friendly and responded to our questions quickly.

Very nice 2 Bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, living room, dining and kitchen. Great for 3-6 people Super attentive hosts. They really care, they add very positively to the experience We previously stayed in two other places in Nateles. This one is a class above. It's a bit outside the center, but if you wine and dine in the center, taxis and uber are plentiful and super cheap, I.e. $2 or 3

“Lovely, modern, clean and easy, perfect for a family stay”

we loved our stay at the end of our time hiking in Torres del Paine and over in El Calafate, we were exhausted and the home exceeded our expectations! We even met with the owners, who had a toddler the same age, so they shared some toys and books with us which made the kids deliriously happy. We watched cartoons on TV and used the owner's pizza delivery recommendation so we didn't even need to head back out for dinner. 100% recommend an easy stay here. They even have swings and seesaws outside in the communal lawn in front of the house.

This is comfortable accommodation! It can accommodate 6 people, and two bathrooms. But there were only two of us and we didn't use one room. Excellent internet for work, the kitchen has everything you need for living. Also there is a washing machine. The house is warm and cozy. So, it's nice place to stay in Puerto Natales.

Really nice owner, when he knew we wanted to do laundry after the W-trek he lend us a drying rack. Also gave us some oil to cook. Nice place, good shower and good bed.
