“A nice hotel”

The location is outside of the downtown area and far away from the traffic. It is peace and quiet. The lobby gives a unique feel. The restaurant has a good menu and priced reasonably. The room size is not big but the space is organized efficiently.

Lovely place with super nice staff, top cleanliness and modern, quality set-up built with taste. Breakfest was also very good. Reception desk was very helpful, calling a taxi that arrived within minutes. Very nice view from the window :)

There are beautiful views across the lake and to the mountain. The staff were all great and the cleaners were brilliant. Our room was lovely and light and clean

Location ok although I think a sign is needed on the road side advising that the hotel us up the hill. Food ok although only ate 1 night there

The bed was comfy, the room was spacious and it the common areas were nicely decorated.

This was a really impressive hotel up a gravel track with lovely views. An enjoyable stay, excellent views and a delicious breakfast.

Overall very good. Nice modern rooms, great decorations, attention to detail, nice staff, great blankets and cushions.

“The amazing view makes up for the average location.”

The view from our ocean view hotel room was amazing and really made the stay what it was. The restaurant was very good also and the early hour breakfast is a great offer for us as we were out on early tours (5am-6am) every day we stayed in the hotel but were still able to access breakfast.

The hotel and staff were wonderful, especially Betania at the front desk! She was absolutely lovely and made our stay extra special. We would come back to this hotel just because of her!

“Solo female x Patagonia”

A lovely stay! Further afield than the other hotels and hostels, so less faff and noise. Does mean the view is great. Still uses the old hotel name Border Glacier across some items and in the bar. Reception nice and check in easy, with a free drink token on arrival. Room was spacious, very comfortable, good WiFi, good and hot shower with toiletries. View from the room onto the water and mountains was wonderful. Easy for tours to pick up/drop off to. Staff very kind and helpful, especially at the bar. Dinner was nice, good to have an option on site (noting it's not open every day). Walk into town was about 25 minutes along the waterfront.

The hotel is set on a hill about 3km out of town. It is modern and has beautiful views of the lake as do ll the rooms. Breakfast was basic but good enough. Kettle in the room which was a bonus. Bettina on reception was super helpful and the hotel let us leave our luggage when we went to do the W trek. Would recommend
