“Great hotel with friendly and attentive staff.”

Hotel was a lovely place to stay as a base for exploring Patagonia. We stayed here and took different excursions each day. Nice breakfast each morning, and staff very attentive and helpful in exploring things to do.

Very stylish hotel, nicely designed.

Lule and Heliodoro and everyone else was very friendly and made our stay so comfortable. We felt so welcomed, the breakfast service and attention to detail was amazing. We got great recommendations for excursions, and when we had issues booking flights Lule helped us with that as well. The views from living room/kitchen on sunset where added plus. We liked it so much that after W trek we came back for one extra night to relax before heading to El Calafate, sleeping again in the comfy bed felt great.

“Home away from home”

The owners care about their guests in a very personal way and made us feel at home. They helped us with excellent restaurant recommendations. Heliodoro organized a private tour to Torres del Paine with a great driver/guide. The room and the whole house are spotlessly clean and the hotel is furnished in a very charming way. A very rich breakfast was prepared for us every morning.

“Comfortable, a home away from home!”

It was a unique and interestingly decorated property and reflected the owners’ personal travel and collection of beautiful eclectic pieces. The owners were also very personable, warm and helpful in guiding us in planning our trip to see the sights. Loved having breakfast and chilling in the dining/kitchen area as we were the only family staying there. Also loved that even though it’s like a home, the rooms were like hotel rooms each having an ensuite bathroom. For our family of five, we had the a triple room for our three youths and a double room for us. Also loved the fact that it was close to the town and an easy drive to Torres Del Paine and nearby sights.

“Restful, peaceful and enjoyablep”

The breakfast was really great, more than I could eat. The location was really good but helpful to have a car to get into the centre of town. Our hosts Helio and Luz were very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was a beautiful boutique hotel with fabulous views. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Staff was super helpful and friendly!

Perfect stay! We were treated in a very special way by Heliodoro and Lule, the couple who own the hotel, and Paula. Heliodoro planned and made reservations for our tours and the car we rented. They helped us with everything we needed. Definitely: it's like being at home with all the support a tourist could need. We won’t forget those days and hope to meet you again, Heliodoro and Lule.

Fantastic boutique hotel outside of the busyness of the town (10 min. away by car from bakeries and restaurants). Parking at the hotel and in town was easy. The hotel is new and has beautiful views and homy interior. Our room was spacious and comfortable and with a view 😊. The owner gave us great recommendations. He helped us with all the bookings (car, excursions, restaurants). Everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this hotel.

“Hotel of choice in Puerto Natales”

This boutique hotel is highly recommended and we would not hestitate to stay there again. We were warmly greeted on arrival by the owner Helio and his wife Luz. Both have travelled widely and the decoration in their hotel reflect this.
