Lovely modern apartment with 2 bedrooms in a great location. Safe parking. Host was most helpful. It is much nicer than any of the hotels we looked at in Puerto Natales. Thoroughly recommend it. Very good value.

Pretty much everything- easy check in, quiet location but easy walk to town, great cleaner (sorry we didn’t leave a bigger tip - we ran out of Chilean money!)

Clean, safe and close to the bus terminal. Having a washing machine with a laundry rack was a great bonus. Self check‑in was simple and hassle‑free.

The apartment was a bit expensive, but overall we were very satisfied with our stay. It was fully equipped with all the necessary comforts, very warm, and we really appreciated the attention to detail. We were also pleasantly surprised that daily cleaning was included, even though it is an apartment — this made the stay even more comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

For the arrival, there were no physical host nor sign that told us how to get our key upon arrival. We then found out it was on a separate email which arrived much later than the confirmation. Since we had problem with internet, we did not get it in time to know what to do when we arrived. It was figured out later with the help of another guest. In terms of facilities, the toilet smells a lot of unventilated humidity. The towel rack was not screwed so a few times the towel fell with the metal bar, pretty unsafe.

Location was good, general conditions of the room was acceptable

the apartment was equipped with many things like microwave and toaster, allowing us to make our own breakfast. Has a washing machine as well which I was thankful for so I can wash my clothes after the hike instead of packing dirty laundry to my next destination.
