“A little gem”
Ignore any silly negative reviews on here; the place is fabulous. A few tips to assist prospective guests: 1) Ubers are easy to request even though the property is not in downtown Puerto Natales. The property is a 9-min drive from PNT airport. 2) Breakfast is prepared at the communal dining area so there is no time pressure. 3) The hot tubs make it special. Expect a night under the stars in your outdoor private hot tub. 4) Staff are amazing. Special thanks to Francisca who went out of her way to assist us. She is delightful, kind and extremely helpful.

“Amazing love it”
It is such a beautiful cabin. The views were amazing. Breakfast diy in the dining room. You can cook your own eggs. If you like cats there are two that wants lots of attention. Nice place to just chill and relax after hikes.

We had a great stay at AKA Patagonia, rooms are nice, specifically with the hot tub. Staff is friendly and breakfast great - the lounge area is also excellent. Close to town and the airport - ideal!

“Very pleasant”
Excellent experience at Hotel AKA. The architecture is beautiful and the view is incredible. We had some travel inconveniences due to the weather, but Alexandra, the recepcionist, was always there supporting us and helping coordinate everything, which truly made a big difference. We are very grateful for her kindness and dedication. Highly recommended

- Friendly Communication - Nice common space house with music and lovley breakfast (prepared in the fridge, perfect to start early to the national park, kitchen is well equiped - Hot tub and rooms were well prepared and made us happy - Parking area has plenty of space - Towel heater in the bathroom - Heater regulation works well - Comfy bedsheeds and nice views We had a perfect night in Puerto Natales!
