The bubble was simply amazing, waking up in the middle of the jungle with birds and monkes going around was great experience. The Staff was super kind and they were really kind with us trying to accommodate a lot of alternatives for our food intolerance.

Unique experience! The same design you see in the bubbles is put into the whole experience as a guest. Intimate and perfect for couples. High quality service and no photoshop in the pictures, the bubbles are amazing - and actually the common facilities are even nicer than the pics Poo

“Lovely temazcal and grounds”

The temazcal was fantastic and the location in the middle of the jungle. The onsite cenote was a pleasant surprise. Chef Luis gets an 11 out of 10 for the amazing octopus he served us. Grounds were lovely and peaceful.

“Amazing”

That was one of my dream to stay in such a hotel. So I was absolutely amazed by it. Early at the morning we saw a lot of monkeys and that was beyond reality. Spectacular breakfast, friendly personnel. Clean, silent and peaceful place!

Everything is outstanding. The personnel is very welcoming and warm, the bubbles offer all comforts and luxuries, very well organised and practical. Also possibly one of the most comfortable mattress and pillows I've experienced so far. You have your own extra-private space including a jacuzzi. But of course the beauty of it is being immersed in the jungle and just chill on your own bed while enjoying the stunning nature around you. Food is also very good.

“Great Experience”

Very nice place that I would definitely recommend if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the area. It is a little paradise with very sweet staff and of course a very cool experience in the bubble. Also really nice food, awesome private cenote and cute (but cheeky) cat named Marco. Tip: due to the pressure of the bubble, air is continuously pushed into the sink drain, which you can hear. This is easily remedied by just closing the plug.

“The best place in Quintana Roo”

Easily the best place to stay if you are in Quintana Roo. It is too bad that we only had two nights booked, but it was the best hotel experience we've ever had. The breakfast was simply amazing and rich. The restaurant was really delicious. They also had a private cenote which was a great addition to the overall experience. I would highly recommend having a rent-a-car if you are staying here, as this is the only convenient way of transportation (in Quintana Roo in general). We would definitely stay here next time we are in Quintana Roo.

The uniqueness and quiet. Staff were fantastic, everything very clean. A dip in the cetone - be careful on the slippery steps. The bubble experience was fantastic sleeping under the stars!

Each day began with the tantalizing aromas of the chef's expertly prepared dishes, which not only delighted our taste buds but also added a touch of elegance to our dining experience. From gourmet breakfasts to sumptuous dinners, every meal felt like a culinary adventure, further enhancing the feeling of being welcomed into a warm and inviting home. And as we woke up each morning to the serene quiet of the jungle, greeted by the soft glow of sunlight filtering through the bubble walls, we couldn't help but feel a sense of contentment wash over us. It was a truly magical experience to peer out at the natural wonders of the jungle, feeling completely at peace in our little bubble sanctuary. Together, the exceptional staff, delectable cuisine, and serene surroundings made our stay at the Oom Bubble feel not just like a vacation, but like coming home.
