We stayed in February 2026. It’s the worst and most disappointing hostel I’ve stayed in especially for the high price. The noise from other rooms was terrible - we were woken up twice in the middle of the night by other people. There seems to be zero insulation and people were also very inconsiderate. The roof terrace was dirty and there was dry dog poo up there. The swimming pool was closed off the whole time we were there (unfortunately 3 nights in the end) and no efforts were being made to fix it. The drinking water was always empty when we went to get some during the day and the common area shuts 9:30pm-8am so you can’t access it then. We were glad to leave.

Only hostel close to beach. Room with AC.

I never stayed in a hostel like this. It felt like a boutique hotel. And indeed, it will transform to a coliving space going forward. So I'm really lucky I was among the last to taste its luxury. Owner was incredibly generous and flexible and let me stay all day while waiting for my cousin to arrive from the airport. Gracias!

I loved the people- everyone is so friendly, I felt so welcome and had some nice conversations. Great kitchen/sofa zone and rooftop. It was really nice to chill in the common area. You'll also get good recommendations on eating out and can book activities through the reception. The snorkeling was good - saw a turtle!

There's so many positives about this place. The location is excellent The View was terrific. The Rooftop was Charming with cozy lounge chairs fantastic sunsets and a nice dipping pool. An extra bonus was the coffee every morning and the accessible potable water. The icing on the cake were the Fantastic staff. Can't wait to go back in 2 weeks

I'm so happy I picked this place to stay in. From a very get go you feel like right at home. Staff and people here are very friendly, social and help you with every need or questions you might have. Definitely eventually coming back here. The town itself is a hidden gem as it or not as touristy as other places on riviera Maya.

Great location - near the beach, the shops and restaurants. Fluent English-speaking staff who were very helpful. Curtain around the bed for privacy.

wish all hostels were like this, great location for the beach, Chedraui 150mtrs away, all the good bars and restaurants within 500mtrs. Great vibe with the wonderful Sol at the helm and supported by Ivan, Valarina, Christi and emotional support pups Clara & Canica. I stayed here for a month, met some great people and had some good laughs and found some treasures on the beaches. Looking forward to staying again when I pass back through that way. XXX

what an amazing hostel!! the staff is very welcoming and make you feel super comfortable. was supposed to stay 2nights and ended up there for a week. good kitchen, big supermarket very close, 2mins to the ocean, very clean.
