“Nice”
It is not far from a bus station of Puerto Montt. The price is reasonable. If you arrive late, it's better to reach out to hotel first. There's a small local convenient store behind this hotel.

“Last minute booking, accommodating staff, clean room”
This was a last minute booking. I arrived hours before check-in but the reception allowed me to store my bags in a locked room for free. I got a double room, although I had only booked a single. Room was very clean and bed comfortable. The location is very good, just next to the bus terminal. I was able to check-out at around 6 am no problem.

“Good location”
The location near Puerto Montt bus terminal and the historic Angelmo markets was good - 5mins walk. The room was clean. The shower hot. Luggage storage available. Good for a couple of days.

Very close to the departure point for the Navimag ferry. Very reasonable price per room. Hot water. Reasonably clean.

It was a clean and basic hotel. We just needed it for the night as we took a bus out the following day. Very close to the bus station, just a short walk.

“Not good at all”
My room was very tight, there was only bedroom and bathroom. I could hear all rumors outside. Wifi hasn't worked well. Pro: near the bus station

It was clean and nice! One of the best places in town for the price, because we've stayed in others that were worse! It's a pity you can't buy breakfast, but there was a cafeteria. You can buy coffee for 1000 pesos.
