“A beautiful villa let down by seven days of inconsistent running water and poorly maintained facilit”

There are some positives to this property. The villa itself is lovely, the location is convenient for the airport, beaches and local town, and key collection/check-out were straightforward. The owner was polite and did provide bottled water once the issues were raised.

Lovely accommodation. Very clean. Bright with plenty of light coming in. And shutters on windows which is great for keeping it cool,but also dark in the bedrooms at night. Kitchen had everything you need to cook. Dishwasher and washing machine. Excellent sized outside area,table and chairs,sun loungers (with cushions) bbq and of course the pool. I loved the fact the property was alarmed. And just a 3 minute walk to the bus stop for Alicante or santa pola. And supermarket/Lidl and restaurants and bars. Would really recommend this lovely property. And thank you Andi for being so lovely and helpful.

The host greeted me at the door to hand over the keys. When I experienced a minor issue, I messaged the host and they arrived within 30 minutes and fixed the issue. Villa is close to the airport and is a 20 minute drive to Alicante. Very likeable hosts and I plan on booking again :)

Quiet neighborhood, close to shops, 5-6 minutes to the beach by car. Very clean, well equipped. Well managed, the host and those who manage everything very polite and professional. Ideal for families who want a quiet vacation

Loved that we had our own pool and good sized garden outside. Really nice area to stay especially as we had rented a car. Agent managing the property was helpful when we had questions late in the evening the day we arrived. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to family and friends

Cleanliness, amenities, quality of furnishings and the little extra’s

The house is great. It is rare to find so many additional things in the house, such as: various detergents, spices for cooking and grilling, towels, sheets, olive oil, etc. Everything was as described. I definitely recommend it. A little advice for the owner, try to get a pool heater, there are cheap ones with solar energy and it would mean a lot. If I ever come to Alicante again, I will definitely go to this house.

absolutely outstanding. very quiet area just 20 minutes from the city centre where you can find all the restaurants and bars. Martin and Andy were very professional helping out my check out at 5am. I will definitely book again.
