“5% extra charge for card/PayPal payments (not acceptable) and overall only an average stay – overpriced for what it”
The property has a rooftop, the location is okay, and it is convenient that laundry is available. Communication with the owner worked very well throughout our stay.

“Great value for money”
Great value for money, room was clean daily and staff super friendly. Air con worked wonderfully just as well because it’s really hot. The pool was cleaned when we got there and was a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay. Slightly away from the centre but you can flag down a motor taxi from outside all hours!

We were given an alternative quieter room on request, as our initial room was very hot and noisy right by the main road. Shower was hot and room comfy.

“Puerto Maldonado is an old town on the Madre de Dios river, at edge of the jungle.”
The breakfast was fresh tropical fruit, tea,coffee, bread rolls and choice of jams. Basic but served the purpose. Lounge area could access wifi. Probably the best hotel in Pto Maldonado that I saw. It’s like many places, ok through the day, but probably better not going out alone at night. Was a nice little outdoor deck on the 2nd floor

I get a basic room facing the main street so it was a bit noisy. The reception staff was okay but I had to wait until the last minute to check-in to my room, which I asked several times when waiting.
