Location was fantastic and the overall appearance was good

The location, the friendly staff, the view, the restaurant. The tours were really well organised with Manu Tambopata expeditions. We had an excellent guide, Joselo, who we did the Sandoval Lake tour with. We also did the Sunset tour with a younger, also excellent guide(can't remember his name). Both exceeded my expectations and I see myself as extremely fortunate to have seen everything there!! Richard the waiter at Enai was outstanding and we had a great time! Wish it was longer!

Lovely staff and facilities

Absolutely fantastic hotel and ideally situated for the first time visitors to the Amazon basin to experience local culture and nature.Three full days gives you enough time to see ost of what s on offer putting a visit to Sa oval Lake at the top of theist..Hotel staff were hugely helpful throughout our stay.In addition the food was out of this world.Superb!

The hotel was very well located and the staff was sublime. They helped organizing anything we needed and were super attentive to detail. The property is also beautiful.

Amazing location, you get an authentic rainforest experience with their tours but stay in complete comfort. They were super helpful with everything and highly recommend booking multiple activities while you are there.

Location is great. Bed is very comfortable, room is lovely. AC will save you from the humidity. The view, the pool, breakfast was nice. Staff were simply superb.

“Paradise experience deep in the jungle”

If you're going to Puerto Maldonado and this place is in your price range: Do it. Simple as that. I don't think anything else comes close, unless your spend 5x as much. Our experience would have been very different, if we stayed anywhere else. Super friendly staff, amazing hotel area and incredible surroundings. Definitely go for a room with A/C, unless you don't feel temperature or humidity.

Good location, helpful staff, good tours and guides, great food. Clean, comfortable rooms, but a little more basic than expected, poorly lit and could better equipped with hooks, kettle, mirror, etc. Nice to have Aircon.

Cannot fault this place, what an amazing and tranquil getaway at the end of my Peru trip. I visited in the rainy season and only my first day was super rainy (the other 3 days were sunny / cloudy) I did some great tours organised through the hotel and saw lots of amazing wildlife. I would mostly recommend the Sandoval lake tour and Piranha fishing is fun during a good sunset. The food in the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. Staff were so friendly and always remembered my name. I always felt safe here as a solo female. Great location too, not far from the airport but deep enough in the jungle to feel secluded. Lots of lovely birds to watch right there at the riverside!

“Memorable”

Great hotel in a great location on the river with a lovely pool. The beds are super comfy and the seating area looking out to the river whilst protected by a fly screen was brilliant. Food in the restaurant was great. The staff are very attentive, remembering you by name and ensuring you have everything you need, in particular Richard was brilliant.

“Beautiful sunsets at Enai”

We loved the location right beside the river so you had great views of the sunset at night. We were on the top floor and had air conditioning and a lovely little deck area. We loved the staff they were so friendly and so helpful. We loved the food lots of vegetarian options and a great breakfast they even left fruit, muesli bars out if you were out early on an excursion. We also loved the activities we had fabulous guides and each experience was unique. We saw lots of animals and loved being on the water. Thanks for such an amazing stay.

Great breakfast, also we had lunch and dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was perfect. The location and hotel area was beautiful, we saw monkeys and different birds. We also booked a sunset tour through Enai hotel and Manuel was perfect guide and we saw lot of animals and birds - highly recommend.
