Great breakfast

“Nice hotel”

Location ok . Pool nice

Really disappointing stay. No hot water - just told it was under maintenance and wouldn’t be fixed before we checked out, breakfast was limited (maybe as it was a Sunday), definitely not worth the price.

“Superb service and comfortable”

The service was outstanding. Every request i made in my short stay was quickly addressed. From requests for taxis to a pair of scissors and room service for drinks were all excellent. The lobby had free cool drinks available at all times and it was kept cool with air conditioner. The pool next to the restaurant on the 7th floor was a nice feature to have due to the heat.

Location is ok, in the city, near restaurants and shops. Staff is friendly, but most of them don't speak English.

“Amazing breakfast and rooftop pool.”

We just stayed here one night after staying in the Amazon and had a good experience. The staff were very welcoming, even letting us have an early check-in. Breakfast was amazing (best we had in Peru) and we really enjoyed the rooftop pool. They also have a view point if you go up further which was great to watch the sunset over the city. Aircon and hot shower were also appreciated.

Good accomodation near the main Plaza de Armas. There was not much to do in the city of Puerto Maldonado itself. This was a good ‘home-base’ to enjoy the activities and excursions offered by the agencies in town. The air conditioned room, cold shower and inclusive breakfast were incredibly convenient.

A really solid hotel, clean with a nice pool.The rooms and beds were actually a bit nicer than they looked in the photos. Seems like a slightly more expensive place for the area but was worth the money for the comfort and relaxation after spending a few days in the jungle.

Liked the location

Very clean rooms, super friendly staff, great breakfast with good variety. I was able to leave my notorcycle and gear at the hotel for a couple of day while I went on a tour. Secure parking for cars and bikes.

“Just what we needed.”

Air con, nice rooftop space, decent pool and a good breakfast. The staff were lovely. Stayed 3 nights in total and was nice to relax after a few hectic weeks.

After a few days in the jungle, this hotel felt like luxury. Powerful, modern and hot shower was a highlight. We also had a dip in the pool which was nice.

The room was large. The staff in the restaurant did a great job under trying circumstances (I.e. the had no food) When they finally did, chef’s food and waiter were surprisingly excellent.

Good quality hotel with good shower and comfortable beds. The hotel restaurant does dinner, which was handy after arriving late, and staff were very helpful with dietary requirements.
