I really enjoyed the staff there, they helped me and friends with everything! i think some of them are friends for a lifetime now and hoping to catch up in the near future! the location itself was perfect and loved the activities they had during my stay like karaoke, etc. Much love to all of you from your brazilian amigo! “Truly is la casa del todos!”

Absolutely loved my experience, the staff, the other guests, everything about my stay. The hostel was very social yet the pods for the beds were very private so you can get alone or social time as you please.

“Friendly backpackers hostel”

It’s the people that really make this hostel. The staf and all the volunteers were so nice and try to give you the best experience. The private room is top and has everything you need.

Party hostel, impossible to sleep at night even when being in a private apartment at the other side of the street. Windows could not close and the noise was unbearable.

“Perfect for solo travelers”

I liked the beds are like little capsules that give you some privacy even though you are in a dormitory room with other 6 people. Also it is a good place to meet people if you’re a solo traveler. There are some activities from the hostel every night, there is a kitchen to cook and a bar if you don’t want to go out during the night

Excellent hostel. The staff/volunteers were amazing. The little capsule beds are good and fairly private for a hostel. It's really cool that they run events every night of the week.

Super well located and nice common area with hang mats. Super friendly and helpful staff. Overall quite clean. Love the beads, very private and cozy.

“Comfortable 2 night stay”

Making dinner together (I didn't do it but it looked like fun). The staff was nice (Thanks to Maria and Showen!). The mattress was comfortable. There was good amount of storage for me to put my things.

Lovely spacious room, aircon & a mini fridge and a fab location (5 minute walk from the beach). The staff were really helpful and overall we had a great stay here.

“Pleasant stay in a Private house in Puerto Viejo”

We stayed in one of the private houses, a very nice location, and access to a pool with a bar, comfy room with aircon.

Private room was really nice! Huge room with ensuite and balcony. AC in room, close to town and separate from rest of hostel so was v quiet. Kitchen was really nice - clean and spacious. Good quality bikes available to hire. Great location super close to everything.
