The helpfulness of the staff was exceptional. There was also a restaurant there serving delicious food. The surroundings are very peaceful and the pool was an addded bonus. It was one of the best places we stayed at during our 3 weeks in Costa Rica.

Absolutely amazing people, Amanda and Braulio are kind, helpful, and caring hosts. Felt completely looked after at Kalea. They really cared about our experience and went out of their way to make it good! The food was fabulous, and it was awesome having a pool for those hot and humid afternoons. Highly recommend 👌

Very friendly staf. They arrange activities for you if you want. Nice restaurant with delicious cocktails and good food. Basic cabin with good bed and good working airconditioning. The pool is very nice with hot weather.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by the most friendly and helpful staff. Amanda and Braulio always went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, welcoming and a good experience. The free breakfast and coffee every morning was beautiful and dinner every night was incredible some of the best food we’ve had in Costa Rica thanks to the amazing chef on site. Braulio made amazing cocktails and even can make any you request that aren’t on the menu. We also got to try Amanda’s famous coconut mango dessert which was out of this world. The room was super clean and comfortable and the property was well maintained. Could not fault our stay. Thanks for having us, we will be back.

Super friendly and warm staff, very flexible, accommodated to all our needs. We came back from Corcovado National park and had a lot of wet stuff, they offered to do our laundry free of charge. We were able to leave our car and suitcases at the hotel whilst being in the national park for a night, which was such a luxury! Very private hotel with a beautiful garden (spotted multiple tropical animals), a nice pool and bar area. Highly recommend this hotel if you're staying in Puerto Jimenez!

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The apartment was clean and smelled absolutely wonderful. The garden was a small paradise with lots of lizards and monkeys and birds in the trees. The pets (little fluffy dog Bruno and cat Gatita) really made our stay perfect for our kids! The owner was very sweet.

Really great pool area and kitchen facilities, with lovely bird life in the surroundings. Apartment was clean and comfortable, and the parking was very secure at night.

We booked the Osa Lodge because it is walking distance fronthe kayak excursion establishment. We had a reservation there for a mangrove jungle tour. Very heavy rains were coming on Wednesday so we were able to change our reservations to Tuesday at the last minute. The staff were extremely helpful.

No breakfast, but great coffee! The host was friendly and helpful. She arranged a taxi for me when it was time to leave.

One reason I picked this place was for the pool and it is a small but very welcoming place where I was happy to land after the drive to Puerto J. Shady trees surround and we saw birds right from there. The bungalows are comfy and the ac works great, but the fan kept us cool at night just fine. Our hostess was wonderful, too! Thanks for the coffee in the am and use of the shared kitchen.
