Very beautiful grounds, garden designed to provide privacy and attract birds, comfortable and beautiful house with fine wood, tasteful decor, perfect kitchen for a traveler, lighting just right, open air lower level is fabulous, outdoor shower is great for cooling off, bathroom is beautiful, spacious, and a favorite place for hummingbirds in the hibiscus just over the privacy wall. Bedroom is as comfortable as can be with a quiet air conditioner and nice bed. So great to have a half bath upstairs off the bedroom. Fantastic outdoor seating options, including a nice hammock. Our host has been kind and attentive. He is quick to answer questions or give information.

In short: We spent 4 weeks in Costa Rica, and this was our best accommodation! A fully equipped house, a beautiful garden, and lots of birds nearby!

Beautiful quiet and peaceful location with great balcony for watching the wildlife. Saw so many scarlet macaws, parrots and even a kingfisher from the balcony! Very well equipped kitchen and good shower. A/C worked well and comfy bed. Garden area was lovely and even some bikes to use. Friendly host who gave us some fantastic recommendations!

Lovely house, comfortable bed (with AC) upstairs. Cute living room, bathroom and well equipped kitchen with fans downstairs, including a washing machine. Beautiful garden and surroundings, lots of birds and we heard howler monkeys. Erick was a great host with recommendations for tours. It was less than 10 min drive to Puerto Jimenez. We had a great stay.

This place is truelly amazing, we saw toucans, aras and kolibris flying around. It is very spacious with a well equipped kitchen and it is only a short drive from Puerto Jiménez.

It’s a really nice place just a few km from town. The host is really friendly and helpful. Wild life is literally around the corner.

Very nice place and a lot of space. Room for relaxing outside and inside and the kitchen was nice too. Very nice with the 2 floors and the bedroom upstairs was very nice.

This house is a dream. You wake up and face the jungle You go take thé breakfast or your aperitivo in the little coverered terrace outside and enjoy the sounds of the birds Perfect fly located and near the the Puerto Jimenez center

Very nicely embedded wooden house with all comforts near Puerto Jimenez. Owner (surfing teacher) super nice took us for a short hike in the jungle at Malapolo at no cost. He gave lots of info of what was possible.

Traditional house in quiet (except for the wildlife and the local dogs!) location. Lovely garden and well equipped kitchen.

“Good price for a big house”

Big open house, all for yourself, with terrace, garden, kitchen, everything you need. The bed was comfortable, the bedroom was fully closed with a/c and fan. We slept really well :)
