While I appreciate that this is a budget-friendly option, there is a distinct difference between low cost and low standards. Unfortunately, our stay at Los Lirios was marred by hygiene issues and some very baffling hotel policies. The Housekeeping: We weren't expecting a daily deep clean or fresh towels and sheets every morning, but we did expect the basics. During housekeeping the bed was made by simply pulling the top sheet over the bottom one, effectively trapping my long black hair inside the bed rather than clearing it away. Concerning the floor, even after the room was supposedly cleaned, there was hair on the floor that didn't even belong to me. In the Bathroom there was a persistent, unpleasant odor that lasted all day. The Hairdryer Situation: There is a single hairdryer located in the hotel hallway. You have to go out, grab it, use it, and return it for other guests. Having a hairdryer available for use inside the privacy of your own room is a basic necessity, regardless of the price point. The breakfast was very poor and lacked variety. Upon our departure, I politely informed the owner at the reception about the unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom, as I felt it was something they should be aware of. After we left, he messaged us claiming that the smell was due to our baby’s diapers, which is simply not true as the odor had been present since the very first night of our stay.

Everything. From the initial contact and sending someone to the airport to collect us to the hug goodbye. Our stay was perfect. This was the friendliest accommodation we have stayed in throughout Argentina. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a fantastic driver who also took us to the falls (both sides). Really was a memorable stay……and let’s not forget Max who is adorable

Located in a quite and safe area in walking distance to the crowdy city center the new hotel offers a modern ambiente including a Swimmingpool. Parking on the street without fee and without problems. Nice bathroom, comfortable beds, extraordinary friendly and helpfull owners!

Quiet location, only 10 minutes walk to the town centre. Very friendly & helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable room. Secure.

Family atmosphere- the hosts were so friendly and so was Max their dog. Nice pool to cool off if needed. 10 minute walk to a good selection of restaurants.

The location is good, only a few blocks from restaurant and shopping area. The hosts are nice, as well as the pool. It is a good option close to the centre, but overrated in my opinion. The bathroom was nice and modern, but little space for personal items.

A simple hotel in a quiet neighborhood at a value price. But what makes this lodging exceptional is the owner, Delsi. She greets her guests with a warm welcome and a big hug. She went out of her way to make us feel at home. When there was a problem with the air conditioner in our room she opened up a much bigger, nicer room for us. She put us in contact with a taxi driver, Juan Manuel, who took us to both sides of the falls and was very professional. And no review would be complete without a mention of her dog Max (un cochorro activo) and her wonderful homemade medialunas with honey. ¡Un abrazo grande a Delsi y una caricia a Max por una estancia excelente!

Everything was great, including prompt response at the time of booking, adorable hostess, tidy & comfy room, and nice breakfast.
