“good location”
The location of this place is very good, Puerto Iguazu is a small town so everything is within walkable distance. Very friendly staff speaking Spanish and also English. In case you are arriving late, let them know so they will stay longer to check you in. Free breakfast is quite basic but enough, and you can always order something more in case you want.

They asked us pay with usd cash. Thay key for enter room is very old hard to use.

I had a really big isse here. I was close to that I just call the police because of this treatment. I asked the hotel staff to call me a taxi and the taxi driver tricked me and after I could not get the invoice. I tried to ask the invoice from the taxi driver but he went away. I clearly asked the hotel staff to call the taxi and take me to the Iguazu national park for an Argentinian side. They told me it is 21 US$. I told okay I pay in Argentin money and they told me it is fine. Then when I was in the taxi the driver turned back with me to the hotel because he could not accept Argentinian money. Then the hotel staff charged my card for 20.000 ARS what is approximatelly 57 US$. Not for 21 US$ what they mentioned previously. I can send you the money transfer if you want from my bank account. Then the taxi driver took me to a totally different place what I aggreed with the hotel staff! I landed on the BRAZILIAN side of the Iguazu, because the taxi driver took me to another country. Unfortunately I had no internet on my phone, in this case I could not check the map during the route and I am just realized I am in Brazil. I did not planned to visit in Brasil I just wanted to see the Argentinian side of the falls. I am way back to Argentina and when I arrive to Buenos Aires I will contact with the Hungarian consul because of this kind of treatment. This La Familia Hotel is maybe better to change thr name: La Maffia Familia. I recomment to avoid. Best Regards,
