“Brilliant stay...”

We really enjoyed our stay here...its a bit 'out there' in some ways but turned out to be a lovely stay. Location - right on the lake, incredible views of the surroundings and easy to get to from route 7. Staff - reception and restaurant had multilingual staff who were lovely and welcoming. Room - we had a tree house room, fantastic wood burning fire, comfy bed and super hot shower. Nothing missing and could have happily stayed here longer! Facilities - lots here from a spa, helicopter, boats, outdoor games, play room and walk ... brilliant! Parking - at your accomodation location as these are spread throughout the grounds (see the map on their website) Don't have anything bad to say ... :) oh and they have some super friendly cats and dogs.

“A lovely experience staying.in a treehouse”

The property is in a unique position on the shoreline of the lake. We stayed in the treehouse which was lovely.

Good food, restaurant meal, not cheap, but very good. Fab views from lodge. We changed our lodge on arrival so check out other lodges when you arrive. Log burner in room good and they provided matches and kindling.stunning views from you bed! Only 10 mins into town for supplies. They put our food in their fridge for us.staff helpful friendly and spoke English.

We had a dome there, which we did not expect. It was super nice and clean with an awesome view to the lake and the mountains. By night, we could light a fire so it was warm and cosy.

Proximity to Lago General Carrera. On-side restaurants are expensive, but fine. Staff is good.

Stunning location and comfortable accommodation. The food was good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. If you are staying here it is definitely worth doing the jet boat trip to Leones glacier.
