We absolutely loved our stay at the place. The staff was very welcoming and attentive. It felt like a little jungle inside with multitude of palms, trees, flowers and anything in between. The room was cozy with comfortable beds and anything we needed. Pool was very nice to cool down during the hot afternoons.

One of the best stay I ever had anywhere ! Staff is really great, the property is beautiful, everything is clean and tidy. Rooms are large and you have everything needed to have a great stay. The bar/restaurant is good and open nearly all day. The pool was really nice with the warmth, and if you prefer to go see the ocean, it is roughly 10 minutes away by walk with a nice beach not too crowded. Great restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely recommend to stay at the Hacienda !

This is an absolutely magical hotel, with a beautiful pool, amazing trees and plants throughout the courtyard, and gorgeous, comfortable and spotless rooms. The staff were so kind, too, and everything from the bar was delicious.

The pool area is lovely and the hotel itself is very pretty. Location is great.

Generally pleasant, staff are friendly and happy to respond to questions. Space is nice and the location is at least away from the main road which is pretty grim. Fresh water available always.

Staff were friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Great pool with surrounding plants and trees giving the place a tropical feel. Our room was a great size and bed was huge. Location is very peaceful and can walk for breakfast venues or to the nearest beaches (which are stunning) in approx. 10 minutes.

“Beautiful surroundings, lovely room, great location”

Beautiful gardens, lovely pool, peaceful yet walking distance to everything we needed. We saw a hummingbird drinking from the ornamental fountain one morning and the roof terrace that came with out room was a magical place to watch the sunset.

The garden area was stunning and the walk to the smaller beach was convenient.

Beautiful property. It felt like an oasis with the lush landscaping in the public areas. My room was very comfortable. Staff was attentive and helpful. They offered much of the same tours as, say, TripAdvisor but a lower cost. I was tired from traveling and I appreciated the availability to relax by the pool.

Beautiful hotel with incredible grounds full of amazing plants and lovely pool One of the best hotels we stayed in in Mexico The room was completely different to the photos on booking.com, we had a kitchen and a terrace, amazing! (King with sea view) Friendly staff Very comfortable, I slept well here Great location in the quieter part of town with amazing beaches The biggest Pina Coladas We were on floor 2, the view was a mix of pool, trees and a bit of sea and it was ideal as we didn't realise how many stairs there would be, floor 3 and above would have been too much for my knees.

“Paradise in an excellent location!!”

Location is amazing. We loved the quieter neighbourhood we were in with a short walk to busier bars and restaurants if desired. Short distance to Carrizalillo beach. The hotel grounds are beautiful and lush with a great pool and lots of seating in the sun or shade. The staff were all super wonderful and very helpful. Definitely would stay here again!

Everything! This hotel is superb! You will love it if you like smaller family run places that are not corporate. Everyone is very friendly - with a big shout out in particular to Luis and Yair who were so welcoming and helpful. The gardens are gorgeous and the beds very comfortable. And the location is perfect for lovely restaurants and quiet beaches. I wanted to move in!

“Heaven on earth”

I have fallen in love with Suites La Hacienda. Such a beautiful property, kind and helpful personal. My stay was truly heaven on earth. Due to some issues with my original booked room I got an upgrade and decided to stay during my complete stay in Puerto. Luis was very friendly and was thinking a long in the best possible way, with being very flexible as well. Muchos gracias!!! ❤️

“Great place to stay”

Beautiful garden with pool, perfect for relaxing. Great location, close to the beach for swimming and learning to surf and to restaurants. Beautiful, good sized and clean rooms and very friendly staff.

An oasis of calm. We really enjoyed the little courtyards around the property, the fantastic swimming pool which is bigger than it looks in the photos, and the bar. Well located in a great part of town which means we walked everywhere.

“Lovely charming family-run hotel with great facilities”

The gardens are delightful and facilities excellent. The charm of the outdoor space is old world while the rooms are modern and bright. We were only there for one night, but the facilities to stay longer term were ample and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. A few minutes’ walk to some great restaurants and the beach. Breakfast was fresh and very good. The owner kindly made a beetroot and carrot smoothie for me, which was delicious. A well-run family hotel that I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
