“This was a lovely surprise being a large, comfortable apartment with a nice view and still quiet.”

This is a big location with a view both of the lovely garden and of the ocean. The size of the apartment is big and is well furnished with large kitchen and bedroom spaces. Birds would visit the garden each morning which is a pleasant sight with a coffee. It was also quite quiet despite the proximity to the main road, which is getting more and more difficult to find in a growing Puerto Escondido.

This is a wonderful place, perfectly situated with a balcony overlooking a beautiful garden and the ocean. There was always a cool breeze and lots of light. It was very quiet and private. Our host was charming and unusual and everything about our stay was perfect! We would definitely go back.

The apartment is a lot bigger than I expected. Very clean, good ceiling fans, and AC in the room. Antonia is very helpful and super nice. Beautiful sunset view. Away from the busy noise from the bars, but only 4min walk to Zicatela beach and restaurants. You need to cross the main road, and there is no safe crossing, but it's easy enough. Great safe space.

We spent an amazing time at La Hacienda Tilantongo. We got a warm welcome from Woody who is a very nice host. The apartment is bigger than expected, quiet with a nice view. Kitchen and bathroom well equiped. The AC and the internet were powerful which was enjoyable. We recommend and we will be happy to come back :)

The view, the Garden, the size and space of room, kitchen and bathroom, the Host and staff, simply all great.

“The perfect stay for a week in Puerto Escondido”

My wife and I spend 6 nights at Woody's place and we loved it. The pictures from the apartment are accurate, but in the pictures the apartment looks smaller than in reality. The bedroom is super spacious and comfortable, the bed is massive and we slept like babies every night. The bedroom has A/C and that was perfect after a long day outside (it gets humid in town in the evenings). In the apartment we found everything we needed, including a toaster, microwave, a very powerful fridge, a juicer and a coffee machine. Our host Woody welcomed us with a new package of Oaxacan coffee to brew our own coffee, which we did everyday because it was delicious. We even made our own cold-brew. Woody is a fantastic host, always being ready to reply questions and to make his guests comfortables. His housekeeper Antonia is also ready to assist. Both made our stayed even better. The apartment location is perfect, only 3 blocks from the beach in Zicatelas, making the apartment's view a glorious. We spent several early mornings and sunsets from the balcony, the sunset view is just perfect. On the other hand, we found out that the location of the apartment is perfect to navigate all Puerto Escondido and it's very safe. Just a block away you find the main road where you can take public transport to the city center (like 5 minutes away) and also public transport to La Punta (10/15 minutes). We loved this place and I truly recommend it.

We loved this property. The host Woddy is an exceptional guy, extremely helpful and very friendly. Antonia who works with him was a pleasure to deal with, we arrived late but she was there to greet us and then we discovered a bottle of wine and coffee to settle us in. These are the small things in life that make a super host. The property is much larger than expected, has all the utensils and exceeded our expectation. Woddy helped us with our grocery shopping, Antonia with our laundry...I just couldn't speak highly enough of our host and their kindness. we would highly recommend you stay At Titlanhongo!

La hacienda tilantongo is just amazing, very beautiful with a nice view on the beach and the sunset, only 5 minutes by foot from the beach. I recommande it 🤝

Excellent comfort, gardens, people. I booked it for the startlink wifi (had work to do), so that's the bonus. Quiet, tranquil, all good. Will return.

“Incredible spacious apartment with everything you could need, sunset view, awesome host”

Woody is an incredible host and person. He told us everything about the city and gave us great recommendations and much needed information. The property is gorgeous with a stunning view of the sunset. The Apartment itself was perfect, it had everything you could want and need (spacious room, large kitchen with all appliances, balcony, bathroom, Starlink internet and purified water you can drink out of the tap). The property garden as well deserves a mention.

A luxurious property with all mod cons, perfectly located and very private. A erodite, warm, friendly and helpful host who we found to be comletely charming and hope to see again. “Quiet, peaceful apartment with stunning view.”

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Quiet, with fabulous views of the bay, set in a wonderful garden. The apartment was comfortable, with a great shower, brand new air conditioning, and good wifi. Woody, the owner, couldn’t have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend this place.
