I had a fantastic stay at Casa Kame. The property is a green and airy oasis. It was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The rooftop is especially stunning and the bed is super comfortable. And the shower is great too! What made the experience exceptional was the host. David was available at all times, incredibly friendly, and always ready to help with anything. His responsiveness and warmth made me feel completely at ease and so well looked after. He is absolutely the key reason I will book here again. Highly recommended Casa Kame!

“Perfect”

Casa Kame is located a bit outside of the centre of Puerto Escondido and therefore really nice and quiet. There is lots of opportunities to hang around at the property, the pool is small but we didn't really use it as we went to the beach most of the time. The rooftop terrace is lovely too! Rooms have everything you need and the bed is really comfortable too!

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Kame, the hotel is located in a very quiet area of the city, where you wake up to birds chirping, 15 minutes walking from the beach and 20 minutes from shops and restaurants. My partner and I had a few bad experiences with accommodations before arriving to Casa Kame so finding the small oasis, was so relieving. The staff was friendly, the rooms were immaculately clean and comfortable, and the overall experience was amazing. What truly impressed me, though, was their honesty and professionalism. After my stay, I realized I had accidentally left a pouch with my travel money in my room. I contacted them, and they confirmed that they had found it. They even took the time to do a video call with me to show that everything was still there. Though it took time to arrange and at points communication could have been quicker, they went out of their way to ensure I got my money back. Their commitment to customer service and integrity truly stands out. I highly recommend Casa Kame, not just for their hospitality, cleanliness but also for their trustworthiness. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism—I will definitely stay here again!

This is a hidden gem, brand new you can smell it, Francia and the other ladies will assist you with anything you need, it´s a bit far from la Punta and the rest of Brisas de Zicatela, in the middle of nowhere, very quiet and peacefull!

Beautifully decorated, perfect size room/studio with sitting room/kitchen as well. Lovely and quiet with my own little terrace. Felt very safe for a woman travelling on her own. The location is a tiny bit out of the way, but v easy to have a quadbike or motorcycle to get done to the beach etc

The architecture of Casa Kame is breathtaking and beautiful. The rooms were super spacious and clean, with a separate living area and a small kitchen. Having a private fridge was amazing. The hotel also has very nice communal areas – a large kitchen, a patio and rooftop terraces. There are outdoor showers, which are great when you return from the beach. When we arrived we thought the small pool in the courtyard was mostly decorational, but we ended up dipping in at least twice a day to cool down. The hotel also as a dispenser with cool drinkable water, which is a godsend in the hot climate. The fact that we could check in already at 8am was amazing as we arrived early by nightbus. The staff was kind and flexible. When we arrived there was a small issue with the AC in our room and the staff immediately took care to fix it and offered to move us to a different room should it take too long – great service! As other reviews mention the area around the hotel isn’t fully developed yet, but if you ask me that is a good thing: Lots of nature and clear views to the ocean! And where else would you ever complain about a 15 minute walk to the beach?

We loved our stay at Casa Kame! The property is beautiful with a great pool and rooftop area to relax. Rooms were a great size and cleaned daily. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the La Punta area (approx a 15 minute walk to the Main Street).

The best hotel in Puerto Escondido, i’ve stayed in many hotels and Casa Kame is by far the best one, rooms are amazing, very clean and beautiful. The hotel has amazing architect design. Casa Kame is also very close to everything.
