“overall lovely place to stay and not too crowded expensive”
spacious private room (suite with pool view) with air conditioning which was great! the pool is beautiful, and the shared kitchen is very nice as well with a beautiful view! also it was very tranquil which we enjoyed very much! if after check out you want to stay a bit longer in the pool area for example you can aquire a day pass which includes a towel. that was great!

The hostel is beautiful, the pool is very nice. People are calm so you can definetly chill at the hostel and enjoy your coffee in the morning. The kitchen was very well equiped and relatively clean!

always and consistently the BEST hostel in puerto escondido, zicatela, la punta. super clean, great staff, best guests, 5 minutes walk to the beach, right in the center of zicatela, but super quiet at night

“Good quiet location but still closed to everything”
The volunteer Angie was superb. There was a water issue one night and she handled it very well for the circumstances given. She also gave me lots of good tips about the area. The swimming pool is a nice addition and the terrace has a great view.

“Quiet, well-located hostel with friendly staff and good facilities.”
We stayed in a suite for five nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we also rented a scooter for 24 hours, which worked out perfectly. The hostel is just a short walk from the beach and nearby restaurants. Zicatela Market is also within walking distance if you’d like to prepare your own meals, and the kitchen is well equipped. The atmosphere at the hostel is quiet and relaxed.

Everything good only big place for so few people to clean looks like 3 cleaners might be better 2 shifts cleaners staff night . Day shift to do big cleaning. Friendly staff Everything good I'm satisfied.

“Great value overall”
We really liked our private room and the facilities here. Great price and staff friendly. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Around a 30 min walk / 10 min taxi to other areas such as La Punta etc too

I met super nice people here so I had a great stay! I loved to hang out in the open kitchen that is well equipped, you have closes boxes to store your food! The open space to sunbath and the terrace to chill and with hammock is great! The swimming pool clean and great to chill I'm the evening or in the hottest hour of the day!! The dorm is big enough, beds with curtains but I would suggest to put them in a darker color! Lockers for small bags! Laundry service and I guess you can also rent towels. When I was there the price was great! Location you are in Zicatela, 10 min from the supermarket and 5 min from the beach and many restaurants. From the main road to get shuttle or colectivo to go in the center in one way or to La punta on the other side!

Great value for the money. Lots of communal areas - kitchen, three terraces, pool - to meet people. The dorms were quiet though there was a bit of a thumping sound till five am coming from a bar located in hell I believe. Didn't disturb my sleep though.
