Gorgeous sizable room and balcony located right on the beach, with the most popular restaurants right below. The balcony was definitely the highlight, surrounded by palm trees giving privacy. Host was very responsive and friendly.

“Fantastic high quality room in a brilliant beach location”
We had a great stay at this property, the room was spacious and comfortable and the balcony was such a bonus. The instructions for entry were clear and the communication was excellent. We had absolutely no issues with it not having AC, both fans on and the shutters pulled but the glass doors open - perfectly cool enough for sleeping. Be aware it’s right in the middle of a busy beach strip, and parking nearby can be difficult if you arrive at a busy time but there’s plenty of street parking a few blocks up, and the bars all close relatively early and then you can be lulled by the sound of the waves crashing on the beach. It’s a really fabulous location.

Located right by the beach, and the main street with all the shops and restaurants. Host was responsive. Comfortable bed, and good mosquito net.

This place is amazing..... 30 second walk to the beach. Pretty quiet considering you are well placed on the main strip close to all the restaurants bars and facilities

“Very cute stay right on La Punta beach”
The room was a great surprise. Spacious balcony overlooking the beach and a lovely interior. The bikini beach restaurant also did great food just below. The location was amazing - just a stones throw from the main beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars
